Buongiorno, vorrei far presente che in fase di prenotazione nella conferma non era segnato da nessuna parte che la colazione era compresa, quindi i primi 3 giorni i clienti si sono ritrovati a non poter usufruire di una cosa gia' inclusa nel prezzo quindi spendendo dei soldi inutilmente. altra cosa la camera il primo giorno e' risultata puzzolente ed e' stata per fortuna sostituita. vi prego farmi sapere per la colazione

#### Zweckmäßiges Hotel nahe am Meer
Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb in der Nähe(5 Minuten zu Fuß) vom Strand Porto Ainu. Leider ist am Strand das Seegras etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, obwohl die Bucht und das Wasser sehr schön sind. Aber dafür war der Strand im August nicht ganz so überlaufen. Die Zimmer des Hotels sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet und sauber. Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber die Matrazen waren einwandfrei.

#### Familienfreundliches Hotel im Grünen, gutes Essen
Wir haben für uns und unsere damals 1,5 Jahre alte Tochter ein Unterkunft im Grünen gesucht. Das Hotel Pedra liegt am Ortsrand, ist von vielen Bäumen umgeben und zum Strand ist es nicht weit. Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig ist das Frühstück: Weißbrot, Kuchen, etwas Müsli. Den wirklich guten Kaffee gibt es gegen Extra-Bezahlung an der Theke. Das Essen Mittags und Abends ist hervorragend. Neben Klassikern wie Pizza aus dem Holzofen und Pasta gibt es auch Fisch und Meeresfrüchte. Der günstige Hauswein genügt allen Ansprüchen. Das Zimmer war einfach, wurde täglich geputzt. Wichtig ist, sich die Duftkapseln für den elektronischen Mückenabwehr-Stecker für die Steckdose zu besorgen. Deutsch spricht im Hotel niemand. Die Älteren können etwas Englisch, die jüngeren Mitarbeiter gut. Ansonsten hilft es, wenn man etwas Gastro-Italienisch kann, einzelne Wörter nachschlägt und sich mit Zeichensprache versucht.

Waren schon einmal hier, und freuen uns schon auf 2018, wegen nette Betreiber und tolles Personal sind wie eine große Familie. Alle super fleißig und bemüht, dass es uns gut geht. Ideal, nur 600 mtr. bis zum Meer, 1000 mtr. kleine Segelschule u. Kanu-Verleih, 2000 mtr. bis zum schönen Sandstrand von Budoni. Gutes Frühstück u. sehr gute Küche.

#### Weekend piacevole a Budoni.
Location molto carina, a 2 passi dalla spiaggia di Porto Ainu. Casettine molto graziose, quella che ci è stata assegnata non era molto grande ma per 2 (senza pretese) era perfetta. Letto un po' scomodo da rivedere. Presente l'aria condizionata (è stata di grande aiuto per il caldo di quella notte) e diffusori antizanzare. Da provare!

#### Il punto forte è l'accesso al mare
L'hotel è dislocato su più stabili divisi in camere. L'arredamento mostra i segni del tempo e non è certo sciccoso, il materasso a molle andrebbe volentieri in pensione in favore di un nuovo magari in lattice, ma la gentilezza del personale (in primis il mitico Pietro!) e l'accesso diretto ad una spiaggia quasi privata con un mare da sogno fanno presto dimenticare le mancanze in camera. Ottimo il ristorante della struttura, peccato la poca fantasia e scelta della colazione "inclusa" (la caffetteria del bar si paga a parte). Ottima la disponibilità per le necessità di neonati nella preparazione di pappe e riscaldamento biberon ma portatevi il seggiolino da applicare alle sedie perché spesso il seggiolone della struttura non è disponibile.

leider kein Internet im Zimmer, man muss auf die Terrasse gehen, dann bekommt man aber immerhin ein schwaches Signal! Frühstück ist jeden Tag absolut gleich - gleicher Käse, gleiche Wurst - gleiches Joghurt! Nach einer Woche kann man dieses Frühstück schon nicht mehr sehen! Etwas mehr Abwechslung wäre wünschenswert. Alles in allem nicht auf nicht-italienisch sprechende Gäste eingestellt.

Sehr freundliches Personal, sauberes Zimmer, zweckmässige Ausstattung, das Zimmer hatte leider kein Fenster aber eine Mini-Terrasse vor der Tür. Gutes und günstiges Essen im eigenen Restaurant. Das Frühstück war inclusive. Begrenzte Sprachkenntnisse sind kein Problem, wozu gibts Hände und Füsse ;-) Ich war zwar nur eine Nacht dort, werde dort aber bestimmt wieder buchen wenn ich in die Gegend komme.

Jeg var på Cala Mirto en uke i august med min sønn på 5 år. Hotell området er vakkert, men det ligger langt fra alt annet enn stranden. Dette stod det ingenting om på hotels.com sine sider. Jeg ringte også for å sjekke, men vedkommende hadde ingen kunnskaper om området. Man er helt avhengig av bil for å komme seg rundt omkring. Personalet på hotellet er vennlige og servicen var upåklagelig, selv om ingen snakker et ord engelsk. Vi var de eneste ikke italienske gjestene på hotellet. Rommene er ganske små og litt slitte, men sengene er gode og badet var luftig og fint. Rommet ble vasket hver dag og de gjorde en god jobb. Frokosten er så som så, den består av kaker og hvitt brød og utvannet saft som de kaller juice. Maten ellers på hotellet var fantastisk. Basseng området er flott og vannet er rent. Hotellet har sine egne private solsenger og parasoller nede på stranden, som jeg trodde var gratis for gjestene, men som plutselig kom som en tilleggs kostnad på regningen. Dette burde man informere gjestene om i forkant og det burde ha stått på nettsiden. Det jeg likte best med hotellet er at rommene ligger på bakkeplan i små hus i en vakker hage, slik at man får følelsen av litt privatliv. Vi hadde et fint opphold på hotellet, men tror ikke vi skal tilbake dit fordi det er så usentralt.

Olbiaから車で約30分くらいで小道を入った奥にあり、ちょっと分かりずらい場所にありますが、とってもかわいいホテルです。 ホテルの方が英語が話せないのでイタリア語ができないと不安に感じるかもしれませんが、とても親切な方たちでした。毎日Budoniの違うビーチに行き、車で一時間圏内にOroseiやGonone,Smerardaに行けるのでとてもいいロケーションだったと思います。
