Single villa only 200 metres from the beautiful beach of S.Anna di Tanaunella, Budoni with a large, well-kept and fenced garden with covered parking space.The villa enjoys excellent privacy and is located in a residence and is part of a group of very well maintained single villas in a dominant position that allows a beautiful sea view. The beach can be reached on foot and leads through the beautiful pine forest, equipped with bars, restaurants, pizzerias, to the fine sand. On the right side of the pine forest there are also stretches of rocks for snorkelling enthusiasts.The villa is well cared for in every detail, the garden a splendour with green lawn, hedges and various flowers. It has a covered veranda with a sea view and a second veranda at the back. Internally it consists of a living room-kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 1 small bedroom and a bathroom with shower. All rooms except the bathroom are air-conditioned. Outside stone shower and granite sink. Brief description 1 Total kitchens : 1
