Come and enjoy the beauty of Budgewoi! Enjoy the perfect holiday in a newly renovated property. With easy access to the beach and the lakes; choose from surfing and sun-baking to fishing from the shore or taking out a boat. With plenty of walking tracks and endless stretches of sand, your activity options are endless. Cafes and restaurants are also within a short drive. Alternatively, BYO and cook up a storm in either of the two kitchens or the outside BBQ. The space On the ground floor, we have pool and ping pong tables, bathroom, kitchen and smart laundry. On the next level, is the perfect open plan living area, leading out to the expansive deck. A few more steps and you have two bedrooms (one with en-suite) and the main bathroom. The top level has the master king sized bedroom with toilet and a second bedroom which has a queen sized bed. We also have a dedicated work space, with gorgeous views overlooking the lake (warning- you make be distracted from your work!). Guest Access Guests have access to the whole house except for a few cupboards that are used for storage. Neighborhood This is a quiet residential area, so relax and enjoy everything Mother Nature has to offer. The neighbourhood has a chilled vibe, with cafe"s, activities and entertainment all at your doorstep. Explore Central Coast"s beautiful beaches and waterways, or relax at home on the deck and soak up the sun. Interaction I am available via your booking channel or phone on 1300 062 288 if needed. You will find a yellow folder which contains tourist information and the house manual. Otherwise, I will leave you to enjoy yourselves in peace. There was no air conditioning except one bedroom on the top floor and the air con in the living area didn’t work. We discovered later that the filter had not been serviced and was full of dust. The owner refused to get a technician even after Christmas. We had to do a 1 hour round trip on Christmas Day to collect 2 small (and totally ineffective) fans from her place. Then on Boxing Day she dropped off 3 new cheap and noisy fans after we complained to Stayz/VRBO which we had to assemble ourselves. Shocking! 2\. There were bed bugs in one of the bedrooms which we discovered on the first night and luckily we took pictures because the owner tried to accuse us of introducing the bugs in the house!We had to sleep on air beds (which we luckily had as we had bought as Christmas presents) the whole week as one bedroom was unusable. The house was so hot. There were no fans in the lower floor and the play area could hardly be used as it was so hot and stuffy. The holiday was a nightmare and very, very disturbing for us especially for my aged and frail parents whom we couldn’t move to another place. Please note, just to enter the house to the living areas,there are 16 stairs and another 3 just for the bathroom so be mindful if there are issues with elderly people climbing stairs.The place is completely unsuitable for summer living in my opinion. ##### Ameeta T.
