Location, location,location! Right next door to the Four Seasons Hotel. Walking distance to everything. Excellent friendly staff! Its a suite in a 3 star hotel with lots of space! We had free croissants and excellent coffee included in the price. My wife and I went to the the thermal baths and the hotel provided us with towels and shower gel etc. I would definitely stay in this hotel if I were to return to Budapest.The criticism,The hotel could use some upgrades and especially replacing the carpet in the elevator but non the less Staff 5☆ Location 5☆.

Great for a weekend break
Perfectly located in the centre. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Hotel was clean and ideal for a weekend break if a little basic.

Perfect location for exploring Budapest inner city. Friendly helpful staff. Rooms were a brilliant size with shower/bath microwave kettle mini fridge. Couldn't have asked for anywhere better. Complimentry hot drinks were a brilliant touch. Thank you we would definitely all stay with you again ❤️

Great Location not much else
This is a mediocre hotel in a great neighbourhood. Positives: location, location, location. A few blocks from St Stephens, the chain bridge, many wonderful restaurants ( saw 3 Michelin stars) Hotel is clean. Bathroom is large. Free coffee and crossant at breakfast. There is a free to use washer and dryer in the basement ( bring your own soap). Our safe was broken, and was quickly fixed once they were notified. Negatives: We arranged for airport transportation with the hotel and they Never showed up, leaving us waiting and searching from them for an hour Such a waste of time. No information was given to us at check in about the the facilities. Had to find out on our own. Our room had a boardroom table in Lieu of an actual living room. Was not very comfortable having to sit at a boardroom table to watch tv at night. Not what you want when your on vacation from your job. We did ask to have are room changed to one that had a living room but was told my husband and I would have to have separate beds which we did not want to do so we were stuck with the table taking up so much room. Bed is very hard and uncomfortable. You get one very flimsy pillow. It’s also very low to the ground (think just a bit higher than Japanese style) which was a issue as my husband is over 70 and had difficulty getting out of bed due to hip issues. Overall was not happy with this hotel but if location is important to you it is a cheaper option for this neighbourhood.

Hotelin a very good area for walking, access to trams & underground metro. Very scenic area near all the beautiful touristy sites & restaurants. 1 block from the Chaine Bridge & Danube, promenades. Hotel itself is very comfortable & had everything to make our stay comfortable. Offers a continental brk & for extra a full one. The dining area is well stocked, bright & never seemed too crowded. Would recommend thiis choice

Great hotel in great location

The location is perfect. Everything is easily accessible. The breakfast was great and is excellent value for money. The reception staff was very helpful. They even had public transport tickets which was fantastic. The only led down was the house keeping. Would stay here again.

It was a very nice stay, with a lovely spacious suit for a very reasonable price. Most of all it was clean and comfortable with friendly, helpful staff. The wine in minibar (which was already taken out tempting us-naughty!) was really nice. Loved the tea selection with the lemonade sachets. It was also a nice gesture that we could leave some of our bags at the reception after checkout, so we could go sightseeing a bit. Although we could change the thermostat: since me and my husband are very different people regarding warmth-needs, it wasn't enough, we needed a blanket. I was surprised there wasn't any extra in the room, but a staff member (on night shift) was kind to search for one when I called down (it was a duvet which was brilliant). All in all we had a very lovely stay: we would be glad to return (especially it was in a good area). I (we) recommend.

Nice, clean hotel with great location. Relatively close to Buda via the chain bridge, but also not an unreasonable walk to attractions in Pest. Very helpful front desk - accommodating with luggage storage and assisted with activity bookings.
