Home away from home!

What a fantastic stay we had at Roland Apartments! Firstly, the location couldn't have been better – it's close to everything. We also appreciated the convenience of the train station, which was only an 11-minute walk away. While the building itself is quite old, it has a lot of character. You're situated on the top floor, and the instructions provided for entering the apartment are very thorough. We did encounter a small hiccup with the keypad at the second door initially, but we soon realized that we were pressing the numbers too slowly, so be sure to enter them quickly. In case of any issues, the owner's response time was impressively fast. They do ask for a photocopy of your passport, but everything checked out without any problems. This cozy apartment is perfect for a couple who wants to explore the city and use the apartment primarily for rest and sleep. While it is nestled in a building with historic charm, it features a modern interior and provides all the basic necessities you'd need for a comfortable stay. We even had the pleasure of meeting some of our friendly neighbors, which added to the welcoming atmosphere. If you're planning to explore Budapest, I recommend downloading the "Budapest Go" app – it made navigating the city a breeze. And speaking of the city, there are fantastic restaurants everywhere you turn, so you're in for some delicious culinary experiences!

Ottima posizione per girare Budapest, vicino ai collegamenti con i trasporti pubblici. Lo stabile in cui si trova l’appartamento e’ piuttosto vecchio ma l’appartamento e’ moderno, completo di cucina. Il self check in e’ semplice e con istruzioni ben fornite. La comunicazione con l’agenzia ed il supporto sono stati buoni. Peccato che la pulizia dell’appartamento sia da migliorare e siano necessarie alcune riparazioni.

Our stay at Roland was fantastic! The room was cute, clean, and had everything we needed. Proximity to metro was perfect, we could get to everything in the city with ease. Will definitely stay there again.

Ho alloggiato per due notti in questo appartamento situato a due passi dal parlamento. Nonostante la facciata e gli interni dell’edificio lascino un po’ a desiderare, la stanza è confortevole, spaziosa e pulita. Il check in si può fare autonomamente, utilizzando dei codici per aprire i vari portoni e prendere le chiavi. Il proprietario è molto cortese e premuroso, oltre a fornire tutte le informazioni necessarie all’arrivo, è sempre disponibile per ulteriori necessità. Consiglio assolutamente Roland Apartments.

Lieu idéal

Pour mon 4ème séjour à Budapest, j'ai choisi cet appartement et c'était un très bon choix ! Excellente communication avec les propriétaires en amont et pendant le séjour. L'appartement (le 4 pour nous), était super mignon et parfaitement équipé (il y avait même du café, sel et poivre, huile et vinaigre en plus d frigo, micro-ondes, plaques de cuisson, batterie de cuisine complète, bouilloire, grille pain, liquide vaisselle, éponge, torchon, savon pour les mains, serviettes, sèche-cheveux, fer à repasser...). Le bonus c'est qu'on n'entends pas du tout le bruit de la ville (habitant à la campagne j'ai du mal à m'endormir quand il y a du bruit et là aucun soucis). On entend un peu les voisins (conversations, télé) en début de soirée et parfois un peu plus si ceux-ci se mettent à crier (à chaque fois des anglais, dont une fois vers 3h30 du matin, pas cool) mais ça, les propriétaires n'y peuvent rien. La situation de l'appartement est juste parfaite, la station de métro est à quelques pas, on a le choix pour faire ses courses (preférez le spar du métro ou le liddl qui sont plus grands), le bureau de change à côté offre un bon taux, le bistro au coin de la rue est excellent. Pour nos visites on pouvait soit prendre le métro soit aller à pieds. En bref, je recommande chaudement cet hébergement, s'il est libre lors de ma prochaine visite, j'opterai certainement pour lui une nouvelle fois !

Very easy self checkin. Clean apartment with all amenities including in the attached kitchenette. Clean bathroom. Bed was very comfortable. AC did the trick in the Budapest heat. Would definitely recommend!

위치가 좋습니다. 대체적으로 청결하고 깨끗합니다. 에어컨이있어 시원하게 보낼 수 있었습니다. 음식을 하기에는 환풍기가없고 5일동안 수건을 한번만 제공해서 아쉬웠습니다.

Das Studio ist sehr schön eingerichtet und es hat alle, was man braucht. Optimale Distanz zu Metro, Bus und Bahn. Das Shopping Center ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt und die Donau 10 Minuten zu Fuss. Der Zugang ist etwas kompliziert, da es verschiedene Codes benützen muss. Aber man wird gut instruiert. Die Apartments sind nicht schallisoliert, so hört man die Nachbarn gut. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Rent och snyggt, men trångt för två personer

Bra kommunikationer. Rent och snyggt, men på grund av möblering var det väldigt trångt för två personer. Väggarna var tunna och det var lyhört. Det regnade in på oss när vi sov eftersom fönstret satt direkt ovanför sänggaveln. Det fanns bara en nyckel trots att lägenheten var bokad för två personer. I trapphuset möttes vi av överfulla soptunnor.

Amazing apartment

Great apartment with very good amenities. Host was extremely helpful and check in and check out was hassle free and easy. The apartment is in a good location near the M3 metro so getting out and about was very easy. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting beautiful Budapest 😊

Asunto oli loistava! Siisti ja näytti juuri kuin kuvissa. Yhteydenpito henkilökunnan kanssa toimi hyvin ja asiakaspalvelu oli ensiluokkaista. Helteisessä Budapestissa toimiva ilmastointi oli luksusta ja kävelystä väsyneiden jalkojen kanssa oli suuri kiusaus jäädä asunnon viihtyisään viileyteen. Suosittelen lämpimästi! Ainoa miinus oli juuri rikkinäinen hissi.
