Ideal location and a quiet, comfortable hotel. 2 mins walk to the airport bus stop (Kalvin Ter). Nice breakfast buffet. Clean rooms. Also easy to walk in and around the city.

The rooms were too small and the front office staff were disinterested.I Asked if I had an emergency and had to leave before the end of my booking period and the staff stated that there were no refunds for the unused time booked but not used.

Didn't replenish the tissue, coffee and tea after cleaning. The soundproofing wasn't great, we could hear everything that's happening on the corridor and also the baby crying on the room next to us

A decent hotel in a good location. This was my second stay at Mercure Korona. Last time was July 2022 with my family of five for a week. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. I had the upgraded Privilege room last time and the breakfast location for that is much preferred as it is quieter and less chaotic than the regular location. As we stayed in October this time, the hotel was adjusting to the weather and was very hot. We were originally in a room where the windows didn't open and the AC for the building was turned off. It was unbearable and we had to ask for a different room (for the first time in my life) and the hotel arranged that. We did use parking for a few hours one afternoon. I don't recommend that as it was expensive and quite tight getting in there. Bottom line is we would return again for all the positives and the reasonable price.

Location was very convenient for me and bus from airport comes really nearby. Train station is close and it’s about 15min walk into town. Staff were friendly but not sure if sheets were changed and they didn’t replace the cups after use. Little things like that make a big difference.
