### Grand Andrássy Boulevard Apartment

Welcome to this luxurious apartment located on the second floor of an eclectic building just a stone's throw away from Octagon Place on the famous Andrássy Avenue. The elevator provides easy access to the apartment. The air-conditioned rooms feature marble and parquet flooring, along with high ceilings. The high-quality contemporary furniture is complemented by handpicked antiques.  
Excellent location, close to public transportation, restaurants, cafes, shops and boutiques.  
  
The apartment of 103 m2 features two big bedrooms (both with king-size beds), full equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. One of the bathrooms has an open floor plan with one of the bedrooms. The apartment also has a washing machine.  
We ask that you be prudently silent and discreet, especially at night between 22:00-08:00 (10pm-8am). No parties are aloud.   
Please don't use shoes inside.   
Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the apartment.   
Illegal downloads are forbidden.   
Please only put toilet paper in the toilet.   
Please use kitchen fan when cooking.
