The hotel location isn’t bad but there are much better locations. The room cleaning wasn’t very effective, used glasses were left in the room, tea wasn’t replenished and a small bottle of water was chargeable!! Given the hotel doesn’t have a bar or restaurant this seemed a bit excessive. I ordered and paid for a bottle of Prosecco in our room as it was my wife’s birthday the day we arrived. Despite exchanging several emails to make the arrangements it wasn’t there when we arrived.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and the breakfast buffet was worth it. Would’ve given a perfect rating but the heater at the breakfast hall wasn’t functioning during our stay, hence we were freezing when we were having our meal.
