Located in the quiet Plum Creek golf course community with restaurants and shopping close by and a walking/biking trail around the lake. A favorite place for River Tubers, Wedding participants and traveling families. High speed Spectrum Internet 200 Mbps. A Huge 75 inch Ultra HD TV. Watch the sunset on the flagstone patio that features a huge fire pit or on the open courtyard. Self✔in with your personal code. Oh YES. This location is Instagram worthy. We have recently opened up our garage game room to our guests. It has a pool table, foosball table, dart board, corn hole set, playing card shoe for black jack, poker chips, tailgate golf set, etc. Please note that AC and heat are not available in the garage area. Pet policy: The only pets we allow on the property are dogs. The pet fee is $50 per dog per day (Discounted prices for longer stays). You must tell the host the breed/age/size/weight. Limit 2 dogs but contact the host if you would like to bring more. Dogs left alone in the house must be kept in a cage/crate. Dogs love our fenced in backyard. The house is very clean and comfortable. A great space to spend time with family inside or outside. The location was close to all of our favorite spots: Austin, Wimberley, and Buda. My niece was getting married and we needed the perfect place to host the family meals. This house was made for entertaining and made it comfortable for all to gather . We so enjoyed the outdoor sitting area as well as the game room . I was especially impressed with how clean it was and the nice extra touches that you don’t usually find in rental properties. The master bedroom was especially nice. There is a nice walking path that begins just a few houses away. The garage also has great entertainment--darts, foosball, pool. Enough room to roam and right in between Austin and San Antonio. We went golfing at Plum Creek which was great and also went tubing for 2 days in San Marcos.
