Welcome to Sweetwood & Cinnamon, a spacious single-story retreat in the heart of Kyle, Texas. Designed with warmth and comfort in mind, this newly built home features soothing sage greens, soft blues, and curated artwork that creates a calm, homely atmosphere from the moment you step through the vaulted entryway. A Spacious & Comfortable Layout The home offers 3 generous bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms for guest use (one additional bedroom and the garage remain locked off). Each space has been designed to balance comfort, practicality, and style: Master Suite – A peaceful retreat featuring a queen bed, a spacious ensuite bathroom, and an impressive walk-in closet. Bedroom 2 – Also equipped with a queen bed, ideal for couples or adult guests. Bedroom 3 – A cozy room with a full bed, perfect for children, teens, or solo travelers. The heart of the home is the large open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, arranged in an L-shaped design that provides a natural sense of separation while still keeping everyone connected. Whether preparing dinner, sharing family meals, or unwinding in front of the TV, the space feels open yet inviting. A generous laundry room adds convenience for longer stays or guests travelling with families. Outdoor Relaxation From the dining area, step out onto the covered porch, furnished with comfortable seating and a coffee table—an ideal spot for morning coffees, evening conversations, or simply enjoying the fresh Texas air. The porch opens onto a small grassy garden, offering a peaceful outdoor space for children to play or adults to relax. Easy reach to Bastrop – State parks, hiking, and outdoor adventures. Close to two major hospitals – Making the home an excellent choice for visiting families, medical professionals, and short-term work assignments. This blend of convenience and comfort makes the property ideal for weekend getaways, family holidays, professional travel, and relaxed Central Texas escapes. Your Home Away From Home From thoughtful décor to a practical layout and a peaceful neighborhood setting, Sweetwood & Cinnamon offers a welcoming base for guests who want the comfort of a modern home with the charm of Texas hospitality. Whether you’re visiting for the holidays, exploring the region, or travelling for work, this home offers the perfect balance of warmth, style, and convenience. ✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $45 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $3 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional. To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots. Your guest portal includes advertisements with third-party upgrades that you may want to enhance your stay.
