Dear Guest, we would like to let you know that According to our policy, 50.00 deposit is required upon check inn as every other motels do for any incidentals. When you make reservation online, It clearly mentioned that deposit is required upon check inn which we fully refunded upon check inn. And we do ask guest to fill out basic information like name, address, contact info nothing more than that to make sure if we have to contact guest , we have correct information. You never informed our staff that your animal is a service animal. Our pet policy clearly states that all service animals are welcome with proper identification- you told the staff that you had a pet with you therefore we were unable to check you into your room per our policy. You booked a nonrefundable reservation, therefore we were unable to issue a refund. Had you informed us that your pet was a service animal we would have gladly checked you in.

We did everything in our power to accommodate you for your stay including a refund. We would never rent a room with dirty bedspreads, what you saw on the blanket was simply a previous, but 100% sanitary, stain. The only liquids that would cause the stain to stay would be oily chemicals- this could even include the cleaning solution we use in the rooms.We have never had trouble with cockroaches and never will, for we get preventative pest control on a regular basis. I am very disappointed to see you leave this review after we did all we could to ensure you had a comfortable stay.

Upon check in we informed you that we have a strict pet policy due to our cleaning and allergen standards. When you left the room there was pet urine on the carpet and the TV remote was chewed up to a point where it no longer worked. You were charged for the replacement of the remote, deep clean of the carpet along with special cleaning to all bedding in the room.We have these policies set in place so that every guest is guaranteed a clean, sanitized, and dander free room.

Upon check in the front desk was only informed 2 guests would be staying in the room, if we would have been aware of the extra person accommodations such as extra towels would have been met as you arrived. Cleanliness and sanitation is a priority to us, therefor we provide additional cleaning as requested. While we do not have no-slip grips built into the shower, we do provide a shower mat that can be used to line the shower floor to aide in slip resistance. While we do have a smaller facility, we provide approximately two parking spots per guest room with over flow/ large vehicle parking in the back of our building. We hope you were able to enjoy the complementary juice, coffee, and snack items during your stay. We appreciate your feedback and do our best to accommodate to all guest needs.

With our lobby being open 24/7 we are always available to help, following your concerns about the TV we have conducted a quality check to ensure it is working and ready. We are currently under renovation, this process includes furniture and mattress replacement- making our rooms more modern and comfortable.
