Come and stay in its former offices rehabilitated into studios.  
Only 15 kms from Orléans, a small 30 m² studio adjoining another studio with an open common area. Ideal for visiting Orléans and the Loire Valley. Studio on one level, with a lounge/dining room/kitchen/bedroom (with 2 90 cm beds), a shower room with wc. Private car park. Common laundry room with common washing machine. A 2nd adjoining studio for 2 people is on site.  
Presence of animals on site, a donkey named Léon and sheep.  
Possibility of fishing in a pond 800 meters away (carp, roach).  
All-inclusive rates: heating included, sheets provided and beds made on arrival, towels included and end-of-stay cleaning included.
