« I am a Turkish citizen, we came to Vienna. At the hotel, there is no front desk or reception; there is a smart screen at the entrance. We enter the reservation number and ID, and the room card is issued automatically. It was the first time I had seen this— the technology was really impressive. The room was very neat and very clean, and the cleaning staff were very polite. I’m glad I chose this place. Thank you very much. »

"Hôtel très bien situé, propre, et bien décoré. J’ai été un peu déçu par l’absence de chaussons et de peignoir dans la chambre… Il n’y avait pas de verre ou de gobelet dans la salle de bain, ce qui n’est pas très pratique. De plus, si votre chambre est située dans les étages inférieurs, vous entendrez le son de la musique diffusée dans le hall de l’hôtel, et dans la discothèque au sous-sol."
