Set on Sugar Creek, the home is less than 1/4 mile from the public boat ramp, a convenience store and marina for all your boating needs, including fuel. Sleeping areas can be found on all three (3) levels of the home with plenty of beds to accommodate those large family gatherings . The Master Bedroom and Bath is located on the top floor of the home offering guests plenty of privacy. In addition to all the indoor space, the deck and screen porch offers you a great place to enjoy morning coffee, outdoor dining, play games and/or curl up to read a book. This property has a max dock on deep water and plenty of room to tie up multiple boats. Kayaks are also available to explore the lake and/or fish the shallows.
