« Room wasn’t cleaned, no coffee pods or cups, pool side food order delivered to room instead of pool, took 30 min to get valet parked car because there were so many people checking out. In fairness, the manager did give us a food credit for our trouble. This is a new hotel in a great location but it is understaffed for the number of area events it supports. »

« Beautiful hotel Big rooms and big bathrooms The only incovenience about the hotel is not the hotel but the area. There's not much choice to eat or grab coffee. But that's all of downtown Atlanta. On the otherhand you're just a minutes away from midtown and the beltline. »

Incredible decor, wonderful restaurants, rooms are everything you can hope for, rooftop bar / restaurant is a lovely place to be and the staff are all friendly, courteous and extremely professional. Hard to imagine there could be a better place to stay anywhere nearby. Just book it. »

« We were very pleased with our stay here. Lots of amenities including an indoor pool and hot tub, clean room and surrounding areas. The cafe staff were incredibly kind, friendly and attentive and put a smile on our faces during every interaction. We loved that the hotel was connected to a shopping area with a food court, restaurants, and mail salon. It was also just a 15 minute walk from a grocery store and Target for any last minute necessities not found in the mall. Finally, loved the lounge...
