Welcome to your Buckeye Lake getaway! This modern home features cathedral ceilings and an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area, perfect for gatherings. Unwind in the hot tub after a day on the water. With bunk beds and space for 14 guests, it's ideal for families and groups. Just 3 blocks from the lake, with boat parking available, this retreat offers relaxation and adventure! \*\*Please note that all short-term rentals in the Village of Buckeye Lake are governed by Ordinance #2024-22. Feel free to contact your hosts at any point in time--we are always available via a quick text or call! Guests are welcome to use all parts of the house and outside yard. The mechanical closet and front closet, however, are owner access only to be used for storage and cleaning supplies. This inviting retreat features 3 bedrooms, including a king bed suite with a walk-in shower, a queen bedroom, and a room with bunk beds comprising 2 full beds and a twin trundle bed. Additional sleeping options include a sleeper sofa in the game room, a pop-up bunk in the living room sofa, a fold-up queen bed, and a twin XL fold-up bed. The home has a dining room table, an island with 4 stools, and a gourmet coffee bar. Enjoy the electric fireplace and a dedicated workspace in the master bedroom. Step outside to a covered patio with a hot tub and outdoor seating, a fire pit area for up to 8 guests, a Weber gas grill, and a hammock. Outdoor games like cornhole, giant Jenga, and slammo provide fun, while board games and card games ensure entertainment for all ages. My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights with our dog and had a wonderful time! The pictures and the listing perfectly matched reality.First, the brand new house has such a thoughtful design. If we were to ever build our own short-term rental we'd take a lot of inspiration from this place. Everything was comfortable and impeccably clean, and the layout was really perfect. Kaitlyn was a wonderful host and thought of pretty much everything, from a selection of snacks and coffee syrups and for us to treats and a toy for our dog! The availability of the garage was also very convenient.We enjoyed the location which was close to anything you could want, and we brought our bikes to be able to take advantage of the Buckeye Lake bike trail, which the evening rides along the lake did not disappoint. There was also plenty to enjoy without ever leaving the property from the comfortable game room and entertainment selections to the backyard and hot tub.
