This is a very comfortable hotel with very nice rooms and a very impressive spa. The only down side is the location. It’s quite far outside the centre of Bucharest in an area that needs a lot of work. The breakfast buffet was also a bit lacking choice

Not a 5* hotel, expect 3* at best
The hotel was nice but very hot with no air conditioning. Room was 30 degrees and had no fans. Reception team were not very helpful who told us that it’s cold outside. The hotel was 3 star at best, even with both windows open the room was far too hot!

Good spa not good hotel
It has an amazing swimming pool at the Spa but the hotel is far away to be 5 star. The food of the restaurant is very bad , the room is ok but the shower had liking in the celing and fungus. We saw the cleaner folding the towels we left in the floor instead of changing them for new ones. The location also not good. The staff at the hotel were ver nice and helpful also after we complained.

Christmas trip!
Breakfast is not the best for a 5 stars hotel, it’s same every day and very simple breakfast. Room conditions is not the best for 5* hotel. Spa is the best there .

Bad experience Premier Palace Bucharest
Reception team with very limited knowledge of the english language,hotel located in the south side of town,one hour drive from the airport at 12 noon. No concierge on the premises,no help available when I requested emergency dental help. This hotel is rated 5 stars,but for a local call you must go down to the reception desk(5 star hotel)!!!!!!!!

The room had oil stains on the bed spread and the front desk was rude (both the day AND night staff). They initially gave us the wrong room and when I asked to change to the one we had reserved, I was told that “all the rooms are the same”. Then we changed rooms to the correct one (had a large tub). The spa was passable, but 1/3 of the treatment rooms were not working properly and the spa staff were noticeably absent making it hard to reserve services or ask for help/report problems (like a circuit breaker that kept tripping in one of the treatment rooms). The morning breakfast was decent.

Dear team I would like to take my feedback as a official letter to reimburse my money back from my stay in that kind of "5 stars" hotel Horrible service from front desk till cleanest of the room On my attempt to solve out the problem only room change has been done and new room still the same like previos one. They are far away from 5 stars service and I'm asking you to sent the relative department for the inspection. It was unsafe for me to stay here , all that stains and marks looks like a body fluids and which kind of infection I can get from that ? To take a shower it is a challenge also , everything is broken or loose ( shower holder , towels holder .. etc ) Dear guests of Premier Palace Hotel & Spa I do not recommend you to stay in that hotel! The hotel has a lot of problems starting from owner , hight staff management and with simple staff, lack of the training and undesrtanding hotel biusness at all. My vacation was distroyed Thank you for that

Couldn’t fault this hotel at all! Every member of staff very helpful! Room service was beautiful and quick and the room was very clean! Little bit out of town but only about a 20lei taxi ride only downside is you don’t get the saunas included but you do get the pool and the hydro pool which are both very nice!

The property is run down. There is no updated hvac system for the building so it runs all hot or all cold. Hallways and rooms are worn. Carpets ripped. It’s a 2 star at best

Staying two nights there and sharing much time to the restaurant & spa of the Hotel, I could say that in terms of the room size & facilities it could be a 5 Star Hotel, but in terms of the services is far away to be on this segment. Breakfast is bellow standard of a luxurious hotel (in terms of quality and in terms of choices) but the worst issue that while you are eating your breakfast, you can hear all the time the gossips or the voices from the staff, coming from the cuisine area inside (both two days happened this, so you can not say that it was a coincidence..). Someone has to train them about rules and behaviors when you are working in a luxurious hotel. Food in the sky bar is OK, in terms that we were satisfied both times that we had dinner.

Wrong part of town, the Worst hostel ever
It's a HOSTEL and it is not five-star hotel Wouldn't recommend using this hotel as in the rough area of the city and very basic facilities. I was arriving there on the 1:30 morning I asked reception I have back problem and if somebody can help me to pick up my suitcases, but they said they don't have somebody at this time. The entrance of the hotel was behind the building and the view of the room was very ugly I will send some pictures which I took it from the window to see the situation of this hotel. usually, when I am looking for a hotel in any city I am trusting the guests rating and Expedia but at this time I was very disappointed. And I was wondering why they consider this hotel five star

Worst experience EVER
It was the worst stay ever. We arrived at 3 am after having called and confirmed that we will be arriving late and we got to fhe hotel and they left us standing there until 5 am saying they have no rooms for us and that the hotel is overbooked and its first come first serve. We were four people, each with his own resevation, they put us in two rooms with extra beds. Worst experience of my life...i have traveled the world and have never ever experienced something like this in my life

Great Hotel
The staff is very nice and friendly. The spa is amazing! Great pool and Jacuzzi. The rooms are large and you can control the temperature.
