Bring the whole family or team to this great place with lot of room for fun, big living, terrace, several parking places upon confirmation. Easy access to Henri Coanda airport, Mall Baneasa, Bucharest North side offices, Baneasa Forest and Zoo, American Embassy, bus and train station.
Events and parties exclusively during day hours keeping noise and music at a decent level during the day.
Between 10Pm-08Am loud music and noise is not allowed.
The space
You are renting the entire villa.
There are 4 bedrooms each having a queen size bed 160 x 200 cm.
One bed room has an additional extendable bed for one person 90x200 cm
Each room shares the bathroom with another room on the same floor.


The first floor has a tub and the second floor bathroom has a shower cabin.

In living there are 1 sofa 140 x 200 when extended for 2 people to sleep.
The second extendable sofa size in the living room 120x200 cm.

Kitchen with oven, gas burner, fridge, washing machine, dryer.

Outdoor terrace and yard with outdoor chairs to sunbath.

After 10 PM starts mandatory quiet hours. Music not allowed after this hour. Please keep all windows and living room glass door closed if you need to talk within your group and spend the night having group activities and discussion. Mandatory quiet hours enforced by neighbors and law 10pm-9am.
Private parking exclusively in front of the villa, all other parking places are private inside the condominium and police will be called if you do not respect this rule, video surveillance in the condominium shared places.
Please be so kind and save energy by turning off AC in every room each time you leave the villa.

The host provides blankets, towels, pillows, bed sheets, central heating, extra blankets, dishes, silverware.

The villa has 4 bedrooms with beds 160x200cm. On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms with a bathroom on the floor with bathtub.
One of the bedrooms can accommodate 3 people, as there is another 90x200 cm extendable bed
These 2 bedrooms also benefit from a large dreasing of over 5 sqm.

On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms with a bathroom with shower on this floor.

On the ground floor there are 2 extendable sofas, one with dimensions 140x200 cm and the second sofa bed with the size of 120x200 cm

Also in the open living room there is also a kitchen useful with stove, washing machine, kettle, coffee machine. A dining area with tables and chairs is at the larter.

The ground floor has a bathroom with a sink and toilet.
The villa has its own garden with terrace
The villa is located in a quiet complex of 8 houses.
The villa has a parking spot in front of the house. Parking in the complex is strictly forbidden outside the reserved place, the police will be called to pick up the cars abusively parked in front of other houses from the complex. There are cameras in the yard of the complex.
The villa is equipped with bed linen, towels, pillows, duvets, winter beds, AC in each room, central heating..
For other requests I am at your disposal. We kindly ask them to close the AC appliances when you leave the house and after 22 o'clock you close the door to the terrace and the windows if you are discussing and that no noise is heard from outside. Parties are strictly forbidden. After 22 o'clock there is a mandatory quiet program without the music at a ruined volume and necessarily respect the sound insulation for the neighbors by absolutely closing all the windows and the door to the terrace.
