"RENTERS BEWARE, Our group planned a stay and was welcomed with no check in or out instructions, and a list of false property insurance claims. This host compiled a list of false damages in order to be paid out for minor surfaces and items that were used/ dirty. (already incorporated for cleaning fee) Absolutely disgusting that a claim or case was built against our group so the host could get paid out. Would NOT recommend."
