We met some locals who gave us the history. It’s next to a fun brewery and close to restaurants. The Parkway and James River have good access points too. The accommodations were updated and clean. The apartment is small but very adequate for our needs with a modern kitchen and bathroom. There is a stack washer/dryer in unit too. Our host was communicative and available.
