Wake up to the view of your private pool and explore one of the best beaches in the Riviera Nayarit, just three blocks away. The apartment’s decor is inspired by the elegance of southeastern Mexico’s artisans. This charming apartment features a king-size bed, fully equipped kitchen, TV lounge, dining area, breakfast bar, indoor and outdoor shower, and a private terrace with a handcrafted swing made by artisans from Yucatán. It also includes a private pool set in a truly Mexican atmosphere. With its own private entrance, it’s perfect for a couple looking to enjoy the Riviera Nayarit with a local touch. The apartment is located on the lower level of Casa Oaxaca (a two-bedroom property that can be booked together if more space is needed). The ceiling height is limited in some areas, but still comfortable for most guests. If you're very tall, please note that two areas have slightly lower ceilings (visible in the photos), though this doesn't affect overall comfort. The private terrace and pool are perfect for starting your day or unwinding after a beach adventure. While the pool is exclusive to this apartment, a staircase connects it to Casa Oaxaca—this door remains closed unless both units are rented together. Located in Bucerías’ Zona Dorada, Yucatán is just three blocks from the beach, two from top restaurants, and one block from the best hospital in the area and nearby banks. Supermarkets and a casino are also just a 10-minute walk away. A perfect spot for couples seeking to experience the charm and authentic flavor of Bucerías. The property is an apartment featuring a king-size bed, kitchen, TV room, dining area, breakfast bar, indoor and outdoor showers, a terrace with a handwoven swing made by Yucatán artisans, and a private pool in a charmingly Mexican setting. The pool is exclusively for the apartment, but there are stairs connecting it to Casa Oaxaca. The door between them remains closed unless both properties are rented together. Yucatán is located three blocks from Bucerias Beach in the Golden Zone, two blocks from restaurants, and one block from the best hospital in the area and local bank branches.
