The villa is exactly as pictured. Loved having filtered water. The villas are laid out so well with plenty of room. The landscaping is gorgeous, providing privacy and beauty.Ron and Marlene live on site, therefore, they provide assistance and suggestions for places to visit. We felt very safe in their gated villas. They provide beach chairs and an umbrella so that you can enjoy days at the beach without having to rent chairs. It’s run owner/operator so the pride of ownership shows. The pool, bbq area and gardens are very beautiful and well layed out. The villa was brand new, clean and had everything we needed. The owners are very nice and helpful. I originally thought that it was closer to the water, but it’s about a 35-40 minute walk. However, cabs are available for about $120-150 pesos each way. It was clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed for our two week stay, including wine glasses and a cork screw. Everything was new and very well maintained. The host lives in a house on the property and was very helpful and easy to approach. Beautiful complex with 5 lovely apartments and amazing grounds, with pool and large palapa. If you are looking for a quiet, elegant comfortable place to stay in Bucerias, this is it.
