The condo is very central to Bucerias, with the downtown area only a 5-minute walk away and the Golden Zone a 12-15 minute walk away. You are within 5 min walking to anything downtown, and Golden Zone is about a 12-15 min walk. The nearest grocery store is on the south end of town, Chedraui, so you would need to drive there, although there are multiple corner stores within walking distance from you. Also, if you wanted to do any day trips to places like Sayulita, San Pancho, San Sebastian, or Puerto Vallarta, having a car would be really nice. For these occasions, rent a car, take a taxi, or use Uber / Indriver. The beach in front of the condo is the nicest spot in all directions. As mentioned, unfortunately there is a lot of construction in the area which makes it quite noisy at times.
