Great service and views
The service in this hotel was amazing - they anticipated our needs at every step. They remembered our drink orders from day to day, the laundry was very fast, etc. Sebastian was especially helpful. The rooms and balconies are spacious (although they could use a bit of new paint on some walls and pictures to warm up the room). Every room has a view of the mountains. We loved the spa and would highly recommend it. The only downside was that it was very difficult to get ahold of them by email ahead of time to plan taxis and activities. They responded to one email and then stopped responding.

Best location ever!
Best location in Bmanga, security is the most important thing in this hotel, best food and service, very friendly people, the recommendation to improve the service is to have bilingual people, best view on Piedecuesta !

Very pretty place with excellent service. The showers in the suites were the coolest I’ve seen. I implemented their ideas in my shower at home.

1. Carpet in hallway in very bad shape, and very dirty, lint all over the place. They don’t clean it! 2. Got 4 out of 5 members of my family food poisoned at one of their restaurants to the point of having the paramedics come twice Many other details to mention

Absolutely stunning views, rooms were clean and very affordable for a 5 star hotel. Beds were a bit too firm... could use a more comfortable mattress. Not much variation as far as for shops and food on or near the property. Excellent golfing and very affordable. Must have a caddy and carts are optional. Little downside is that you have to take transportation off property and if you don't return with a hotel assigned driver or vehicle there is a strict and tedious security check at entrance. But gives an overall very safe feeling.

El lugar es extremadamente bello, en la cima de una colina, es importante tener transportación propia de preferencia, ya que de la caseta de seguridad al hotel son varios kilómetros, entrar y salir del conjunto requiere de cédula Colombiana, extranjeros es un poco complicado este proceso, colchón de la cama es extremadamente duro.

This is a beautiful hotel, the location give to the guess peace and relax. The construction shows was made with the best materials in quality and desing. The service is excellent because each employee of the hotel try you feel in home.

One of the best hotels in the city and it has an amazing complete spa . Although we have to pay for use the spa , it really worth it. Restaurants offers many options and with good quality . It was a shame that i couldnt change the date of the reservation for a different day so we felt pressed to go the same day as we initially booked it. So always be careful before making any reservation because they couldnt help in any change or cancelations.

Uncomfortable bed
The hotel staff is very unfriendly and almost rude. The twin bed matress is very low quality which makes it so difficult to rest at night. If you are planning to stay in the hotel the whole time this is a good choice; however for people that just spend the night it's far from the city due to traffic.The pool is also dissapointing.

Stayed here for a friend's wedding. Great hotel and amenities. The place is pretty secluded (up on a mesa with a neighborhood and golf course). Definitely a great place to relax and enjoy the views of the surrounding landscape.

Nice enough but not up to par
Very grand entrance and main lobby which had me looking forward to my stay. The front desk and lobby staff were all very friendly and helpful. Problem started when going to the room..... key fob did not work....did not work the entire stay... security had to let us in every time as every new key did not work...... The room has a spectacular view of the 18th hole... 2 TV's...There was no remote for the second t and there were exposed cables/wires. Internet worked when we arrived but was out of service later that day and the next, Check out was going well until they could not print a copy of the bill and still have not emailed a copy... Pool area was very nice, you walk through a restaurant to get to it. No taxi service available in ruitoque... Cabs have to come from outside the complex making getting around a concern.
