Optimale Lage für Wanderer und Wintersport.
Abendessen war gut. Betten waren okay.
Frühstück war auch okay.
Personal hat deutsch gesprochen
Sauberkeit könnte besser sein.
Unser Badezimmer hätte sauberer sein können.
Es hingen auch noch Handtücher vom Vorgänger im Bad. (frischen Handtücher befanden sich aber im Zimmer).

Hotel je na skvělém místě, jen kousek od sjezdovky. Vybavení pokoje je dostatečné, až na pár pavučin čistota. Na patře mikrovlnka a rychlovarná konvice. Odkapávač na lyžáky a lyžárna k dispozici. Vše odpovídá ceně ubytování.

Preis/ Leistung GUT! Essen TOP
Wir waren mit Freunden und insgesamt 3 Kindern (im Alter von 6-10 Jahren) dort. Die Skipiste ist gleich in der Nähe, vielleicht 300 m entfernt und man kann auf jeden Fall hin laufen. Das Hotel war im großen und ganzen auch ganz gut. Preis / Leistung Gut! Sie haben eine Spielecke mittig im Restaurant was natürlich toll ist für die Kinder. Die Bedienung könnte etwas schneller sein, wir haben oft mit leeren Gläsern gesessen, es war aber auch sehr voll. Dafür ist das Essen aber sehr lecker. Leider war der Service im Hotel nicht so toll. Uns ist am ersten Abend im Hotelzimmer (Bad) ein Zahnputzbecher aus Glas runter gefallen. Da der nächste Tag ein Sonntag war und die Rezeption nicht besetzt war, konnten wir das erst am Montag melden. Doch leider wurden die Scherben auch am Montag nicht beseitigt. Am Dienstag sind wir dann selbst auf die Suche nach einem Handfeger gegangen, doch leider konnte uns niemand einen geben. Im ganzen Hotel war weder ein Staubsauger noch ein Handfeger vorhanden. Die Reinigungskräfte für die Zimmer kamen zum ersten mal nach 6 Tagen, aber leider haben Sie nur die Handtücher gewechselt und keine Scherben weggekehrt. Also sind wir im kompletten Urlaub nur mit Schuhen ins Badezimmer gegangen, was ziemlich nervig war. Dafür gibt es ein Minus. Aber im großen und ganzen war es ein gelungener Urlaub.
