The home was extremely clean, comfortable, and truly pet-friendly. Communication was excellent, we were even notified that the place was ready early and offered early check-in, along with a thoughtful travel playlist and clear checkout instructions. The hot tub was freshly cleaned and serviced on the day of our arrival. Everything was within walking distance as described, and the home itself is beautiful. There are a few stairs to the upstairs area, but my parents had no difficulty using them, especially with the handrails provided. The fenced backyard was perfect for our fur baby. The check-out instructions were clear - though it would be nice to have them printed and posted in the property itself. That did not at all detract from our stay, though! Comfortable & new townhouse. Good location for downtown & national park access. A few old trailers on the street and a loud outdoor bar with live music a bit late o Friday night, but those were minor issues for the price. Host was very communicative and responded quickly when washing machine broke (this could happen anywhere) and when I didn’t understand how to get into the property (instructions should clarify there is a lockbox for the key, not keyless entry with a numerical keypad). House was mostly well equipped although a couple more basic amenities would be nice—more dishwasher pods, plastic wrap/plastic baggies, tissues etc. Would definitely stay again, especially for the price. ##### Carrie T. We walked into a clean house, it was very comfortable, and the only one with a Jacuzzi. It's close to all of the adventures you are about to go on and a great place to crash afterwards.
