This is a gorgeous, luxury log home located in Fontana Lake Estates. The western view offers breathtaking views of Fontana Lake with a sunset backdrop. Fontana Lake Estates is a premiere gated community with marina facilities to launch your boat as well as swimming and picnic areas. The home has everything a large family will love from the gourmet kitchen to the covered porch to the downstairs bar and game room. There are two gas fireplaces indoors as well as one on the covered deck outdoors. A video arcade game, wet bar, and shuffleboard table will occupy the entire family. Outside, there's ample space to relax plus both a gas and a charcoal grill. Main Level: Kitchen - Fully equipped with gourmet appliances and plenty of pans, plates, utinsels, and small tools for preparing just about anything. Great Room - there is a huge great room with a towering stone fireplace illuminated with the elegant antler chandelier overhead. It has so many charming touches, a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and lots of room to spread out (there were 10 of us, 7 adults and 3 kids). Oh my, the view!! We spent most of our time on the back deck — absolutely stunning views, especially the sunset. The host was extremely attentive. After notifying them of a minor issue, they sent someone to the house almost immediately to take care of it.Bryson City and surrounding areas offer great family-friendly activities. We hope to come back. It was very comfortable and roomy for our family of 10 adults. The deck had plenty of chairs and rockers for us to enjoy the beautiful view of Fontana Lake and mountains. The big surprise was the 3 mile curvy road,with no guardrails, up the mountain to the cabin, once we entered the privacy gate!! We had a wonderful stay and made so many fond memories! ##### Pamela S.
