Basic amenities provided and parking/entry were easy. The location tempts you to walk to the city, but no sidewalk or streetlights and surrounding neighbors who made you not want to. Neighbors had an audible fight in the evening with no family friendly language. Foosball table was fun but missing a few pieces. Hot tub was fun but could use a walkway or path from door to the hot tub. Overall clean house, but did find lots of cobwebs, sheets still in the washer, and just an overall feel that it's an old house. It is in an area with a bunch of trailers. I didn’t mind that so much. But there was a disturbance when we arrived at the trailer across the street. 5 cop cars were called. I called the owner. She was very prompt in her reply. She called the police department and found that it was a domestic situation. She was very good at communication. But it still made us very wary. There is also a lot of dogs yapping from time to time. The home was clean. It’s needing a little TLC. Drippy faucets. Storm door broken. Needs some trimming of landscaping. But it sure is close to town. I wouldn’t walk though. House was older but good ambiance. Neighbors were loud and sketchy at times. But, no personal interactions. Also, a camera was in the living area.
