Your will also have any and everything you could possibly need. ie; pots, pans, coffee, blow dryer, ironing board and iron, even a toothbrush! Phil thought of everything!What you won’t get though is a view from the apartment. It sits across the street from an old industrial Singer Plant, so there’s not much to look at out your window or from your outside seating area. But, you are literally right down the road from a boat ramp with picnic tables and bbq grills by a beautiful river. Price is good the only thing that needs to be changed is the sofa. It is super hard and small. It looks like it should be in a child’s room. With it getting Dark at 6;00 we were back at the unit.
