This hotel was affordable, had comfortable rooms, and the staff was helpful. While it didn't have any extras like breakfast or a pool, it did have rooms big enough for a family of 5 without having to book two rooms, which can be hard to come by. We enjoyed our stay here.
In a good location of the small tourism town. The hotel don’t have much service since I visited during Christmas holiday. But the facility is absolutely clean. They have indoor garage, that is a big plus
I love this place. We reached on Thanksgiving evening. All dinning places are closed. The host was so generous to offer food for dinner. We loved it. I would say, they have the best hospitality in town. Rooms are clean and spacious. Don’t miss the breakfast at the Flying Goat Restaurant just opposite to the hotel.
The property was renovated but still looked pretty dingy. The "receptionist" was a kid who was barely there. From 8:30pm to 11am there was nobody staffing the "hotel". The only way to contact someone was via text. We booked and paid for two night. We slept so terribly the first night that we asked via text if we could cancel our second night. She said that wouldn't be a problem. Just drop the keys in the box. After we checked out, a different "receptionist" told us we couldn't be reimbursed for the cancelled second night. We would never stay there again.

We were truly disheartened to learn of your recent experience at our hotel, which seems to have fallen short of your expectations. At The Two Sunsets Hotel we pride ourselves on providing pristine accommodations and unparalleled comfort, a sentiment echoed by numerous guests in their glowing reviews following our renovation. We were surprised to hear your feedback regarding the perceived condition of our hotel and the comfort of our beds, especially given the high volume of positive comments we have received about the cleanliness and coziness of our rooms. Furthermore, we have had numerous inquiries from guests interested in purchasing our luxury mattresses for their personal use, a testament to their quality and comfort. Nonetheless, we are saddened to know that your night was less than restful. We were truly disheartened to learn of your recent experience at our hotel, which seems to have fallen short of your expectations. We do, however, request that guests inform us of any anticipated arrivals outside of these hours so that we can make the necessary arrangements to accommodate them. Please rest assured that our management team is always just a phone call away and resides in close proximity to the hotel, ready to assist with any needs that may arise, regardless of the hour. When bookings and payments are made through third-party platforms such as Expedia, any refunds or reimbursements must be processed through them directly. However, for bookings made directly with our hotel or selected pay-at-hotel options on Expedia, we have greater flexibility and are more than happy to assist with any reimbursement queries. Please understand that as a small establishment, our cancellation policies are put in place to mitigate the impact of last-minute cancellations, which can be particularly challenging for us to recover from.Once again, we extend our sincerest apologies.
This boutique hotel is so adorable and high end. It has been recently remodeled and is lovely. The king beds were so comfortable. I also really liked the Keurig and mini fridge. The fans and air conditioning work great and kept us comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place and would come back here.
This property, under new ownership, is probably one of the better ones in Panguitch.
It's right on Main Street within a block of several restaurants and shops. It's about a 30-minute drive to the entrance of Bryce Canyon National Park.
The room we had was cozy but well-appointed, with a mini-fridge and a Keurig machine. The room did not have a desk.
The property has a number of EV charging stations.
The manager was super nice and made sure we had everything we needed.
We would definitely stay there again if we're ever in town again.
Hotel on the main street, great restaurant options on the same block. Renovated and clean rooms. Covered parking available on-site.

I was surprised as to how clean this place was and the friendliness of the personnel.
It was quiet and we fell secured.
I would stay here again if ever in the area.
Thank you so much and keep it up!
Super cute old style hotel. Nicely updated. Big room and good TV/fridge/coffee etc. Right on Main Street in Panguitch. Cool little walkable downtown with a grocery and plenty of shops and restaurants. No big lobby or fancy amenities but a very clean comfortable and unique room.
The place was spartan but very nice. Everything worked as it should. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The check in went smoothly and the clerk was friendly and helpful.
This was a truly unique room. We had 3 queen beds in one large room. We were only spending one night, got in late, left early. It was PERFECT! Laura at the motel was very accommodating! We really liked the room, and the motel!
The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

We stayed 5 nights. The room had been completely remodeled. There was a small fridge/freezer and parking was in a garage. It was in the middle of town. Our room being next to the street was a little noisy. It was a great place, good value and highly recommended.
This was a renovated old hotel downtown. Very nice and comfortable. No breakfast but kuerig available in the room for coffee. Our room was upstairs with no elevator. A little diffficult with large luggage pieces but orher than that, we had a good experience.
it was unique as it was a renovated historic hotel. NO elevator. Nice size room, bathroom. Covered parking, IF you can get a space. Ice maker in parking area so easy refill for ice chest if needed. Biggest issue was the NO elevator. Very caring owners.
Just what we needed on our travels across Utah. Very nicely decorated, nice clean bathroom, comfortable and quiet bedroom. Would certainly use again. Thank you!
Loved this quaint town where people were very friendly and accommodating! The hotel was minimalist but extremely clean and comfortable! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
Loved our stay! Quiet, small hotel. About 20 minutes from Bryce. My only complaint is that our window faced the Main Street, so it was loud with all the trucks that passed. But not noticeable enough to keep me awake or anything like that.
Laurie was very kind and accommodating with our check in. Our room was very quiet and the beds were super comfy, great to come back to after a long hike in Bryce Canyon. We will be back on our next visit to the area. Thanks, again!

Remodeled old hotel looks fantastic.
Everyone should stay here .
Very nice condition for an older property. Room was updated and very nice. Much better than expected.
They do not have breakfast but there are options nearby.
Absolutely loved this hotel. Looked newly remodeled. Nice interior/covered parking just outside the front door of the hotel. Restaurants and 1 screen movie theatre within walking distance (less than a block).

The room was small but very clean. Front desk was friendly. There is a diner for breakfast across the street and it’s not too far from Bryce. The problem was there was a loud piercing noise that kept going off throughout the night waking us up several times. We couldn’t figure out where it was coming from, but we woke up exhausted.
