"Amazing stay! The location is absolutely perfect, and the hotel is clean and very well-maintained. They really pay attention to the little details with all the sweet extras they provide. The staff is super efficient, and the breakfast was fantastic. Just a heads up: valet parking is $30 a night, but there’s a public parking lot right next door. We went during the second week of July, so the hotel was pretty busy with lots of families and kids. I’ll definitely be staying here again and highly recommend it!"

"The hotel was okay, but not without issues. My room needed attention, or better cleaning. The furniture was worn, walls dirty, kitchen floor had dried food on it, & there were flying bugs / insects. We stayed one night, however I will not return to this property. Although I wasn't thoroughly pleased with my room, the staff was great; especially Ms. Crystal (front desk). She checked me in, & it was a positive experience. She was kind, personable, & professional."

"Hilton is always a good choice. Beautiful hotel in downtown Chattanooga in a restored bank building. It has character and charm. We loved seeing the old structure and how its charm was restored in the modern building. A special shout out to the valet team. When we were ready to go, our car wouldn't start - simple battery issue. However, the valet team when beyond the call of duty and helped us get started and even told us where to pick up a batter on the way home. They were outstanding and we felt taken care of. A definitely beautiful place to stay. Rooftop bar/restaurant was a little loud but great view. "

"Lots of good stuff, but I expected a bit more. It's one of the nicest hotels in the area (and the location is great), but my friends stayed at a much cheaper hotel, which offered things this one didn't. They had cold water out front. They had cheaper valet. They had free coffee out front, but I had to pay for ours. This hotel is still way nicer, but you'd expect some more extras. A welcome snack, or gift (or something like that) to make you feel it was special and upscale would be a great addition. The room was good, but the sofa is all art. Sitting on it is a challenge unless you have perfect posture. The staff were all amazing, and the restaurant is good (Whitebird). The area upstairs is super cool and artsy, and the bar up there is nice. If the price is right, then it's a good plan, but it's a 4 star, not a 5."

"We love this area of Chattanooga, and the old train station and this hotel are pillars of the history of the area. The hotel is very nicely remodeled. We stayed in a King room, but we hope to come back and stay in one of the train cars. The people are so nice - Dian, the head concierge, recognized us from another trip to the area and gave us a bottle of champagne to share in our room. The pool, the patio with fire pits, everything has such a relaxing atmosphere to it. The hotel’s restaurant next door, Elsie’s Daughter was also very good, and you get a 10% discount there if you charge things to your room. The only small thing that bothered me a bit was that there was no breakfast included. There is coffee and pastries in the lobby in the mornings, but everything you get is a separate charge to your room; coffee $3 and up, pastries $3 and up. I don’t think I’ve ever been in a hotel that charged you for a cup of coffee in the lobby. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay immensely. There is also a horse and carriage that runs from that location to take you on a tour of the town. Very nice."
