We remodeled it with care, choosing quality furniture, solid wood and iron beds, and commissioning one-of-a-kind artwork to make it feel both welcoming and unique. As a big family ourselves, we designed the space to comfortably host larger families and groups who want to gather, relax, and feel at home at an affordable price point. Plenty of Space to Spread Out – With two living rooms, there’s room for everyone. One is perfect for cozy evenings, while the second has a PlayStation gaming system, a queen sleeper sofa, and a custom twin-over-twin trundle designed to look like a couch—ideal for kids or extra guests. Comfortable Bedrooms – The king bed is a heavy wrought-iron frame, the queen is solid wood, and the twin beds are from Pottery Barn—sturdy and built to last. Every detail was chosen for comfort and quality. The house is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, close to the major road which was great for a quick trip to Houston and back for the concert. There was plenty of room for the 4 of us to spread out. The host was very responsive, setting up another room the day of our arrival just in case sharing a room was a problem. The house had more than enough room for our family. We loved the decor and how cozy the house felt and the neighborhood was nice and quiet.
