We remodeled it with care, choosing quality furniture, solid wood and iron beds, and commissioning one-of-a-kind artwork to make it feel both welcoming and unique. As a big family ourselves, we designed the space to comfortably host larger families and groups who want to gather, relax, and feel at home at an affordable price point. Plenty of Space to Spread Out – With two living rooms, there’s room for everyone. One is perfect for cozy evenings, while the second has a PlayStation gaming system, a queen sleeper sofa, and a custom twin-over-twin trundle designed to look like a couch—ideal for kids or extra guests. The house is comfortable and cozy and roomy enough so everyone can have their own space. The decorations are charming, yet not fussy. Beds are comfortable, and the house is well stocked. The house is only a 10-15 minute drive to A&M, but the neighborhood provides a quiet respite from the hustle and bustle of the area closer to campus.
