The isolation is terrible. You can always hear the noice or mobile phone talk or even water drainage any time. The room is quite nice and is spacious. The staffs always give yiu smile face.

The hotel was very comfortable and rooms were large and furnished. The breakfast room Is very nice and breakfast was good (pain au chocolat in particular!) The hotel is very convenient if you have to go in Brussels Expo. You can easily arrive with a 10 Min walk. Transports to anywhere else in the city though are not very near.

Great room at value

The room was a decent size as well as the wash closet. The tub was deep so I was able to take a comfortable bath after a very long road trip. I would absolutly book here again.

Staff is incredible. Great location for us to see my fiancés boys. Super friendly and option of breakfast too. Had a nice meal in room and they gave us plates and utensils. Very accommodating. Not to mention, the price is great!

The place is rather rundown. No airco, always hot in the room. Amenities are very basic and some unsafe… like the high walled bathtub , loose glass partitioner, too low handlebar for stepping/crawling into the shower which is in that same bathtub. Poor bedding matras and you have to sleep in same bedding 7 sweaty nights.. Positive are the receptionists that have to staff this place and the great breakfast they provide. All in all too expensive hotel. Will not stay again.

Stayed for 3 nights and 2 of the nights are room key did not work making us have to wait until a employee came in the morning to let us in. Emergency contact number provided does no work. No compensation offered.

Quite bad

Room was constantly super cold and the floor was feeezing. Heating went off in the nights and there was nothing you could do about it. I was able to hear every sound to my room sometimes even reception music.

Ironically, there's not much value in staying here. The rooms looks like there hasn't been any maintenance in the past decade. Quite annoying continuous buzz noise from inside the building (elevator? other installation?). Beds & matrass were old and provided limited support. Don't expect much. You can sleep here, you'll survive, but not much to enjoy.
