Staff were excellent, hotel is amazing, close ish to almost everything. It's mostly close to EU institutions though so you would have to walk a bit (30 mins) to get somewhere where you can do sightseeing and get good food. So really depends on what you are there for.

Great location, quite, super access to so much in the city. Fantastic facilities, our junior suite was impeccable. Generally, very good service, especially at the bar and the restaurant; the valet was not up to par, the attitude has no place in hospitality.

Excellent position, boring restaurants, and they tried to charge us 66 Euros for two breakfasts we did not have.
Housekeeping kept forgetting many of their tasks when servicing the room which is unexpected for a hotel in a big chain like Sofitel.

Our room reeked of mildew when we walked it. The translucent wall separating the shower from the bedroom was lined with black mold on the lower right corner. The room has seen some wear if you look a little closlely. Room 717. Didn't sleep all night on the mattress.

This hotel is best located of you are in Brussels for work. It gives you perfect access to business districts and also to lots of restaurants and bars. The hotel itself is super clean and comfortable, with a great tram of staff. They do all they can to make your stay as awesome as possible. In my last stay, they helped me get my covid test the night before my flight by reserving it, getting me the car and making sure everything is in order for me not to miss my flight due to forgetting the need for a covid test. Also, don’t forget trying their amazing massage / Spa and restaurant.

such a beautiful hotel!!! very clean very modern and pet friendly! my husky was very comfy and it is in the perfect spot. walk out the front door and there is so much to do
