We booked 3 days 2 night 1st night was fine 2nd night we wasn’t on the system And another guest came in our room! Could’ve got our items stolen is we was not there! Overall everything else was really good

Very nice hotel, close to everything, walking distance. We had the King deluxe room which was great.

Great stay thorough comfort through out.
When I first arrived at Hilton Garden inn. I felt the check in, was organised . There demonstrated great service and somewhat I felt being valued as a customer.

We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel. Everything was to our liking. Room was very big, clean and offered so many amenities. Front staff was amazing and always greeted us with a smile.

A terrible location. They had laundry equipment that either didn't work at all or didn't work properly. The location was horrible. There was no concierge. I tried phoning the hotel and it rang about 50 times before I finally hung up. It was raining and they had no umbrella. I've stayed in many hotels and this was the worst.

Everything in this hotel is good. Just ask nicely. From the housekeeping to the staff at the front desk. I will recommend this place to anybody. It is quite especially when you take a rest after a day of looking around the city. Can’t complain.

Reasonably OK room, really dirty laundry room
We were in the middle of a month long trip in Europe and stayed there for three nights. Room was ok and clean as expected. But bed and pillows were not comfortable. Guest laundry room was really bad, didn’t expect a dirty washing machine/dryer like that in Hilton. Front desk staff was not friendly or helpful, refused to refund our €18 worth of silver/bronze coins that we bought for washer and dryer. Doesn’t worth spending money, wouldn’t stay there again.

Our stay at Hilton Garden Inn Brussels was elevated by Sophie, a truly exceptional staff member. Her outstanding service, particularly during the breakfast buffet, made our visit memorable. Hats off to Sophie and the team for making our experience truly special. Highly recommend this hotel for a delightful stay in Brussels.

We checked in three rooms all close to the elevators. Rooms were so filthy not clean. One of the rooms had hair and bed was not even made. Due to the condition of the rooms we left and booked elsewhere. Staff extremely rude and not able to help.

We a pleasant stay at the hotel however for people with mobility issues like myself the steps at the entrance is not ideal. Please put a ramp it’s easier for people to slide their luggage instead of carrying them down to the reception area.
