Everything about this hotel is WOW. So quirky and everything has been thought about when it comes to Small details for guests. Highly recommend

Quirky hotel on the Rue Royale. Metro station a 100 yds away. Also on tram routes. Staff excellent - very friendly and welcoming. Rooms very spacious with very comfortable bed. Bathroom with excellent shower. Not sure about the sink though! Large bar area but drinks expensive. I always stay here when in Brussels. Highly recommended

Nice hotel
Very nice with interesting decor. Would’ve been nice to have been told about the electricity being cut off before we arrived.

Great hotel
Rooms were very pretty and huge.. the theme of the hotel is unique. Reception area had a pleasant fragrance.. Customer service was fantastic. We were on a cross country road trip and Electric chargers were one of the reasons i picked this hotel but we were told they were not working after we got to the hotel, which was a huge disappointment and we had to locate another charger in the city which increased our travel time by 2 hrs..

My room was on the top floor and near the elevators, which make a humming noise every few seconds as they are used often. Thankfully people generally don’t use the elevator in the middle of the night. The room décor is cute, the bathroom is large, and there is a large desk. If you are traveling with someone you will probably appreciate the curtain that separates the area with the bed from the area with the bathroom.

Rooms are large, spacious, clean and very well designed. Beds were comfortable and facilities were excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful - and the breakfast selection was simply amazing! I'd highly recommend - and in fact, will be actively looking for other nhow hotels when I plan other city breaks - it was that good!

The hotel was far from warm and welcoming. I had requested an early check in and while I was not expecting to get a room hours before the stated check in time, they were not even willing to check me in 15 minutes early. The decor of the rooms is harsh. The red light and cement floors may be ultra modern but do not make for a relaxing or welcoming stay. The room and bathroom was clean and modern and everything was in working order. For the price I would definitely not stay here again.

Very nice :)
Second time staying here and everything as expected. Comfy bed in a good size room and super convenient for Brussels Nord Station and Botanique. Little shop over the road for snacks if you need it. Room clean and remarkably quiet, despite being directly opposite the lift. Hope to stay again!

Staff was excellent. Very helpful! Really unique hotel and I say that i all the right ways. Beds are comfy! We came in from USA and the staff was very accommodating! Great location.

Artsy hotel!
Loved this artsy hotel! Creative ambience from the minute you walk in all the way to your room and even into the bathroom! Spacious and clean room. Lovely and helpful staff. Location is not near shopping/restaurants but walkable. You can forgo housekeeping and get a free house drink at the bar - great incentive. Would return, possibly at another Brussels location to compare!
