The apartment also offers a private parking space — a rare find in Brussels — making it an ideal choice for those arriving by car. Whether you're visiting for work or leisure, you'll find everything you need for a smooth and relaxing stay, including a fully equipped kitchen.

Step into a bright and comfortable apartment designed to make you feel at home the moment you arrive. Ideal for up to 7 guests, the space features two inviting bedrooms, a stylish living area, and a private balcony — perfect for enjoying a quiet morning coffee or an evening glass of wine above the city.

● Quiet Residential Area: While the building is in a peaceful neighborhood, Brussels is a vibrant city — occasional urban noise may be heard.  
  
● Guest Support: Our guest support team is available daily from 9 a.m. to midnight to assist you with anything you may need during your stay.  
  
● Extra Services: Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request for an extra fee.  
  
● Check-out Policy: A 30-minute grace period is allowed after the official check-out time of 11 a.m. After that, a late check-out fee may apply.
