This property is pet-friendly, so your four-legged family members can enjoy the vacation too. Location: It's a 15-minute commute to FLETC and to the nearest hospital. Only a short 30-minute drive to the beautiful beaches of the Golden Isles. Whether you're looking for a peaceful escape or an action-packed adventure, this vacation rental has it all. From the comfortable bedrooms and well-appointed living spaces to the fantastic outdoor amenities and pet-friendly policy, your stay here promises to be memorable and enjoyable. Other Things to note: All reservations are charged a $50 processing fee. This fee is non-refundable, even if the reservation is cancelled. Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself. Pack N Play and strollers available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival. Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need! For stays of 30 nights or more, we will collect a $750 refundable security deposit. House Rules: No noise after 10pm per county ordinance. Violation of ordinance will result in immediate eviction without refund. No loud music. No parties. No parking on the lawn. Smoking inside the home will result in a minimum $2,000 fee. All pet droppings must be picked up or a $50 fee will be assessed.
