Just a short 30-minute drive to the sandy beaches of the Golden Isles, it's the perfect base for both quick getaways and extended stays. Inside, you'll find all the comforts of home, including smart TVs in every bedroom for streaming your favorite shows, a dedicated desk and chair for remote work or school, and a fully stocked kitchen ready for home-cooked meals. Whether you're here for business, leisure, or both, this home is designed to help you relax and recharge. Outdoor Space & Amenities \- Spacious, fully fenced backyard—ideal for pets and outdoor activities \- Enclosed porch with a dining table, perfect for dinners, morning coffee, or family game nights \- Convenient parking with a two-car garage plus a covered carport Sleeping Arrangements \- Primary Suite: King bed with ensuite bathroom and walk-in shower \- Guest Bedrooms: Two guest rooms, each with a queen bed \- Guest Bathroom: Full bath with tub/shower combination \- Whether you're traveling with family, friends, or pets, this comfortable and well-appointed home offers everything you need for an enjoyable stay on the Georgia coast. Other things to note: All reservations are charged a $50 processing fee. This fee is non-refundable, even if the reservation is cancelled. Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself. Pack N Plays, high chairs and strollers available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival. Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash, dishwasher pods and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need! The property itself was cozy and comfortable, though a little understocked in the kitchen and some small things that were off like the dishwasher soap pod being broken and the bathroom configurations a little odd—likely the era of the house. It’s in a lovely quiet neighborhood conveniently located close to shopping and with easy access to the highway and a short drive to either Saint Simon’s or Jekyll Island. So it makes a great base for exploring the area. The house backs onto a green space and the fenced yard is very private. We really enjoyed watching all the birds from the screened porch. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was well equipped and the wifi was excellent. The place has been tastefully updated and is impeccably clean. We had a great stay. ##### Patricia S.
