We walked into a small locked vestibule and used a phone on the wal to contact a receptionist. This process took five minutes. Check-in, once at the front desk, went smoothly, with all Expedia information properly transferred to their systems. We gathered a strong chemical smell throughout the hotel and our room. The walls were bare with no no carpeting. We slept upon, block-style pillows, scratchy bedsheets, and a concaved mattress. Quite dissatisfied with this property for the above mid-range price.

The front desk guy was very rude. The beds were very uncomfortable. The hotel room was clean but we had to take out our own trash. Working in house keeping before I didn’t understand why it was so difficult for the staff to take it out?

People staying there were extremely loud past midnight. Yelling in hallway & making noise. Microwave blue lite shines directly at bed & fire alarm above bed had blinking lite. Impossible to get good rest. Didn't really feel safe

They make you take out your own trash for the money you pay to stay there. They ask you to bring towels down if you need clean ones. Housekeeping does not come clean your room or make your bed. They're beds are very uncomfortable.

No early or online check-in. Foreign staff that didn't understand much English when i was trying to communicate issues. First room assigned was still dirty so had to wait for a different room. Smelled throughout building. Would NOT stay here again.

No breakfast. coffee machine was empty around 7 45 am. and no staff around to talk to. front desk was pulled down and closed.

The hotel was relatively new. The rooms are spacious. Unfortunately, every public area (corridors, lobby, elevator, stairwells, and outside) reeked of weed.

Room wasn't up to standards. No bath mat ice machine available nothing to put ice in cable going in and out couldn't get extra pillows. Cleanliness have been better.

STAY AWAY FROM HERE
The GM, Sheela is VERY rude. They did not have the room we rented ready and put us in a room with smaller beds and there were crumbs in one of the beds. Even the staff talked badly about the GM. When we complained about the room they tried to make us leave without refunding our money.

Piles of debris...like what would normally be in a dust pan or vacuum cleaner... sitting in the corners of the room, including toenail trimmings and trash. Room not cleaned well. Safety hazard of a lifetime... stairwell door that slammed shut so hard you could lose a finger easily and was so loud it drove us insane. Coffee machine out of order for most of our stay. Skeezy drug addicts lurking around the Econo Lodge behind this hotel all day and all night. Staff friendliness and a somewhat cheap place to stay are the only good things I can say.

Quick stop on our road trip!
The room was very comfortable and we were able to heat up our pizza in the big microwave! The bed was comfy and the tv is big :)

The room was nice, clean and comfortable. It is an extended stay facility. Families live there. Cooking smells through out at meal time. No klennex, kitchen with no towels, paper towels, no utensels, plates or cookware. No do not disturb signs for doors. Doors start being closed at 6am as they leave for work. It is definitely No Frills! More like a hostel than a hotel.
