The property is: \- Approximately 20–30 minutes from Georgia’s coastal islands, 10 minutes to the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center \- A short drive to beaches, boating, restaurants, and water activities Other things to note: All reservations are charged a $50 processing fee. This fee is non-refundable, even if the reservation is cancelled. There is a $75 pet fee for those guests bringing pets. Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself. Pack N Play and strollers available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival. Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need! The garage doors are manual. For stays of 30 nights or more, we will collect a $750 refundable security deposit. House Rules: No noise after 10pm per county ordinance. Violation of ordinance will result in immediate eviction without refund. No parking on the lawn. Smoking inside the home will result in a $2,000 fee. All pet droppings must be picked up or a $50 fee will be assessed. There will be a $75 minimum charge for any missing remotes, including garage door, ceiling fan, and TV remotes. Maximum of 2 pets. The house was clean and nicely decorated. I believe it could have used more seating in the den off the kitchen. It was still a work in progress in the basement, the master shower door was really small. I think when you have a place big enough for 10 people you should supply more than 1 trash bag for 4 days and have at least a scrub sponge and small dish detergent to help maintain a clean kitchen. We overall had an awesome time. The cleaning crew was there at 915am at the end of the driveway waiting for us to leave. The house is an older house built in 1991\. There appears to be some age to the house, and maintenance that could have been completed, but it met our needs fine. (We are not picky people).2\. Some people may not appreciate the occasional harmless spiders. There were not many at all, but there were daddy-long-legs and a couple of others. No other real annoying insects, though (no.cockroaches, flies, wasps, hornets or other particularly disturbing inside the house).3\. They show a pool table in the lower floor, but only one working pool stick that was damaged prior. We managed to make the one working cue work ok for us 4\. There seemed to be a really bad smell when we started running the faucets that was odd, but that could have been coming from the drains and worked itself out within a day or so.5\. .The shower in the master bedroom is really small. .If you are a bigger person, the other showers in the house will have to accommodate you since they are huge. Very odd for a master bedroom shower.I don't want to discourage renting this property since it accommodated our group of 8 people pretty well, but it should be noted that if you are picky about details about renting properties, there could be some issues with renting this one ##### Joe H.
