Bright, spacious, and airy accommodations near the beach are yours to enjoy when you book Dixie Sunrise for your next exciting getaway to sensational St. Simons Island. This multi-level home features 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths, ideal for welcoming up to 10 guests at a time.  
  
Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount of $50/night is included in each reservation. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and even experiences with select vendors! – the choice is yours!  
  
Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (10 persons). Spring Break groups and events such as weddings, receptions, etc. are not permitted.

Dixie Sunrise is situated in the pristine East Beach neighborhood of St. Simons Island, keeping guests close to the sand and spectacular ocean views for the entirety of their stay. When you're not cozied up indoors, enjoying the comforts and luxury that await, you can just as easily be strolling along East Beach utilizing the Third Street beach access pathway which sits just behind this inviting home away from home.  
  
Exterior Features and Extras  
  
While time at East Beach is always a treat, so is time spent in the sprawling yard that Dixie Sunrise hosts. Guests who book a stay are invited to enjoy the property's large saline pool surrounded by cozy loungers in the privacy of a fully fenced-in yard. There's plenty of green space for little ones to run and play around the exterior of this property, but when relaxation is top of mind, a spacious cabana opens up to the pool area from the interior of the home for added rest and rejuvenation. This air-conditioned space includes access to a large television, a dry bar with a refrigerator, and a game table too.  
  
The pool (15x30) is surrounded by a travertine deck as well as outdoor dining sets. Here, you can enjoy savoring a meal cooked up on the Weber Genesis propane gas grill that's also ready and waiting to be used. Dixie Sunrise has a ground-floor garage available as an added convenience.  
  
Interior Features  
  
Open concept design, large windows that frame the view and island-inspired color palettes are defining features of a stay in Dixie Sunrise. The primary living room in this property is found on the third level of the home and hosts plush furnishings and a large flat-screen television for added entertainment value. Nautical-inspired artwork adorns the walls of this space while sleek hardwood flooring adds a wonderfully modern touch.  
  
While the living room provides access to outdoor decks and a screen porch where ocean views can easily be savored, it also provides convenient access to the kitchen for those looking to serve up savory meals during a stay. This culinary space showcases a gas range, high-end appliances, and granite countertops that are sure to delight.  
  
When it's time to rest up, the primary bedroom suite with a king bed is found on the first floor of the home. This room includes access to a primary bath complete with a jetted tub. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed and bathroom and the second guest bedroom offers two bunk beds with a bathroom. The fourth bedroom, located on the top level, serves as a second primary ensuite bedroom. One of our favorite rentals - extremely well appointed. The pool was fabulous! Beach access in St. Simons is different than other islands, so as long as you realize that, you will appreciate the direct path that leads you to the beach! The beach in front of the house is very quiet compared to the area near the Coast Guard - we lived it. I hope we get to enjoy the house again!

Beautiful home. Very well equipped kitchen with high end appliances & cookware. Layout of home is fabulous. There were 7 of us & plenty of space and place settings for all. Bath towels & beach towels were all provided, which was great! The location of the home was ideal. Quick car ride to the grocery or the Pier. Bike path is right at end of street & you can bike anywhere on the Island. The beach is 5 minute walk down a path that is right next to the house. The path goes through a marsh land area & parts do get muddy after a rain. Be prepared to move quickly & swat the bugs/mosquitos on the path! Our entire group was covered in itchy bug bites. The views from the house are gorgeous, however you cannot actually see the beach. You can see the ocean on the horizon.

#### Beautiful home ideally located

The home is beautifully decorated and so well stocked! I loved the wonderful screened in porch that sat right under a huge oak tree and was a perfect place to relax and read. The kids loved the large pool and the tanning chairs built into shallow water got a lot of use. The location was convenient and we could drive our golf carts from the house to plenty of food and shopping. Overall we had a great stay in a wonderful house!

#### Summer vacay

As someone who grew up going to the gulf every year, we’ve been taking our family to new areas each summer. Dixie Sunrise at St. Simons was great! The property was clean, management was super responsive, and the beach was just a short walk away.

This house was perfect for a get-away weekend for 4 couples. Tons of space, beautiful view, great neighborhood, convenient to beach, walking, Sea Island (short drive) and restaurants of St. Simons. Would also be perfect for a large family with 2 different living areas, pool, bunk room, well stocked kitchen. Only issue was the pool was supposed to be heated and wasn't, and there were also dead frogs floating in it... hoping that was due to a big storm the night before arrival! But this is a top notch property- I would definitely stay here again!

#### Family vacation

Cannot say enough good things about the Dixie sunrise. The best rental we have stayed in. Clean, updated, and fully stocked. We did not have to bring anything but ourselves. There was room for everyone. The grandkids loved the short walk to the beach which was conveniently located behind the house. The pool was a plus and the grounds were well maintained. They all want to head back next year Such an amazing property-we will be booking for our next beach vacation!

#### The perfect St. Simons stay!

The house was absolutely stunning! Came to stay for a girls trip with 8 of us, easily had plenty of space, each room had its own bathroom and very spacious. The pathway straight out to the beach was a huge plus as well. The property managers were very attentive and helpful when we had one of the hoses leaking and fixed the issue very quickly. From the decor throughout the house to the picturesque views this place was 10/10 amazing.

We had a fantastic stay at Dixie Sunrise. Loved the location - short walk to the beach (ocean view from 3rd floor) and less than a mile to restaurants, etc. House was super clean and had everything we needed. Lots of space. It was great to have use of the bikes in the garage to ride around the neighborhood in the late afternoon. Heated pool was phenomenal. It was a busy week in St. Simons following Easter but it was quiet at the house except Saturday which was a perfect weather day so a lot of traffic and people going by the house to the beach. we had a great time!
