Ideal for a relaxing getaway or business stay, our home is conveniently situated near the hospital, Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, the local college, and the pristine beaches of St. Simons Island and Jekyll Island. Step into a sleek and stylish interior designed for your utmost comfort. The open-concept living space boasts contemporary furnishings, creating a welcoming atmosphere for you and your guests. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, whether you're entertaining or enjoying a quiet night in. Separate from the living room there is also an entertainment room for you to watch your favorite movies or ballgames! The two bedrooms are thoughtfully appointed with plush bedding, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Each bathroom is modern, providing all the amenities you need for your stay. Take advantage of the home's proximity to local attractions. Explore the charm of downtown Brunswick or unwind on the sandy shores of St. Simons and Jekyll Islands. Whether you're here for work or play, our vacation rental offers a central and convenient location. Other details to note: All reservations are charged a $50 processing fee. This fee is non-refundable, even if the reservation is cancelled. There is a $75 pet fee for those guests bringing pets. This home is not fully fenced in. There is a partial fence on one side. Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself. Pack N Play and strollers available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival. Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need! There will be a $750 security deposit charged for any stays over 30 nights. House rules: No noise after 10pm per county ordinance. Violation of ordinance will result in immediate eviction without refund. No parking on the lawn. Smoking inside the home will result in a $2,000 fee. All pet droppings must be picked up or a $50 fee will be assessed. There will be a $75 minimum charge for any missing remotes, including garage door, ceiling fan, and TV remotes. My mother and sisters booked a place on Jekyll Island. I booked this location because it was the perfect size for my wife and I, and my daughter and grandson. It was 19 minutes or less from shopping centers and restaurants which cut down on traveling around so much. It was only 20 minutes from Jekyll Island, where we spent a lot of time on various beaches.
