Relax in our beautifully decorated large, open floor plan, Island - style home that is all on one level. Located two and half miles from the public beach and pier area and one mile from Sea Island Resort /The Cloister, this house in a perfect location. The house can comfortably accommodate parties of up to nine people. The house has five bedrooms and three full baths and is always immaculately clean. The master has a king bed, the second bedroom has a king bed with a Ghost Hybrid brand mattress, the third and fourth bedrooms have queens and the fifth has a full bed. All have very high end mattresses and linens and all have HD TV's, except the full bedroom does not have a TV. The master and two other bedrooms have 4k smart TV's and the living room is a smart 50 inch 4k UHD TV. Watch your favorite shows and movies on your Netflicks with no delays. There are no steps to climb at this house as you walk right out to the covered front porch to enjoy the daybed swing or the other chairs. There is an outdoor shower available to wash off from a day at the beach. This home is very spacious and has an open floor plan at 2,500 square feet. There are two barn doors, plenty of shiplap, cathedral ceilings, stained ceiling beams, hardwood and tile floors to provide a high end, luxury stay and to soothe the soul. The kitchen is very large and is fully stocked to prepare any meal and has a three chair bar. The house also comes with a pack n play, baby roll around walker and a high chair to accommodate babies. There is parking for four cars. If you bring five cars you will have to park one across the street at Certified burger or Harris Teeter. Shoot hoops on the adjustable height basket ball goal. Located on a private, quiet, dead end street with a duck/ fish/ turtle pond at the end, across the street is a nice grocery store, Harris Teeter, many great restaurants, the Island Cinema and ample shopping. The house is also about 50 yards from the bike path that runs all over the island. The house is located right near the intersection of Sea Island Causeway and Fredericka Rd, so if your attending a wedding, activity or function on Sea Island or Sea Palms, our house is as close to Sea Island as you can get. Included with the house is free high speed blast 100 mgbs wifi. We take your safety and security very seriously by having exterior security cameras at both the front entrance, side entrance and back. We also will consider pets. We normally allow dogs up to 15 lbs with our prior approval and a pet fee. Dogs are the only pet considered. NOTE: if you bring a dog that has not been approved you will be asked to leave the property. We also vacation rent the one bedroom cottage that is located above the detached garage on the back of the property. So if you need more space you can rent this space as well. It is one bedroom one bath and has its own parking spaces. The VRBO property number for it is 3690215. Reserving our home is very easy as we accept credit cards through the Homeaway payment system. We make every aspect of your vacation easy and enjoyable. If you plan on bringing anything that you tow behind your car or truck you will have to get it approved first. If you have more than six guests we do charge a per night per person additional guest fee. Please enter the correct number of adults and guests into the system. Check in is especially easy as we use coded door locks, so all we do is email you the door code along with other information needed, plus restaurant recommendations list. My wife and I own and manage five other vacation rental properties and have managed them for, going on, 12 years now. We make ourselves available 24/7 to you by providing you with our direct cell numbers. The perfect home for our family!

This home was perfect for our family of five over the Easter weekend. The online listing is completely accurate. The homeowners are very responsive and accommodating. I appreciate the little touches of some "starter" coffee for the first morning, detergent, shower products, etc. I also love that all of the light switches are labeled! The main living area is comfortable and nice place to congregate, and the bedrooms are all large and comfortable. The location is awesome, especially if you are using Sea Island amenities for pool/gym...it's so close! And you can walk to Harris Teeter (Starbucks)/shopping, which is very convenient. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here and will definitely come back.

We ended up with five women all going to a convention on Jekyll Island. We stayed on St Simons because they have better restaurants and amenities. This house was perfect for us. We we’re all able to pile up on the couch and watch the Georgia Bulldogs game Saturday night. We felt like we were at home. Beautiful big house. Great location.

Great Stay!

We stayed at this house for a long weekend to see family with our infant, three year old, and my parents, and it was a spacious house that was well-appointed with everything you need—we love to cook, and they even had a microplane (IYKYK!), as well as plenty of wine glasses, dishwasher and laundry tabs, and lots of extra pillows and towels. The location is great-walkable to the trail by the marsh and close to grocery stores and restaurants. The hosts were responsive and the house was clean and ready when we arrived. We’ll definitely rent this house again!

Wonderful location. Well stocked... Need more dish towels and washcloths. Couldn't use grill...rusted out and unusable. Was planning on grilling..didn’t know until we were preparing to grill; very disappointed. Loved the house! We were very comfortable and the host was so nice. Would definitely recommend this house!

40 th Birthday Celebration

This property is a such a beautiful space. It is even more gorgeous in person. The owners certainly take pride in this home, it was filled with all the things we needed and more! Such a welcoming vibe with books, games and movies, personal pictures, it made us feel right at home. The property is close to everything but located on a dead in street with minimal traffic or noise. The ducks in the pond at the end of the road was a huge hit with our 1-year-old granddaughter. It’s spacious, immaculately clean and the owners have thoughtfully provided extra items and lots of information on things to do in the area. We had several in our group with some mobility issues and they had no problem navigating in the home or property. We would certainly return to this property. Weekend trip with family

What a great house! It was very spacious, with plenty of room for children and adults to spread out. Front porch was lovely, too. A perfect blend of tasteful and eclectic decor. Owners were also very responsive when we had a question. Great kitchen with basic kitchen necessities along with a few great ‘bonuses’ like air fryer, toaster oven, and 2 coffee pots. Also had great storage spaces. Very close to downtown St. Simon’s, Sea Island, and Jekyll. We’d definitely stay again! Thank you!!

The reason I chose this property was because the description said it was located 1 mile from The Cloister. We attended a wedding there. This property was in a perfect location and close to grocery store and many restaurants. We did not need to contact our property managers. Information was sent in a timely manner and property was clean and well stocked.

Family gathering at SSI

Our family from three states met here for a late Christmas celebration. There were ten of us ages 9-77. Family area and dining areas were awesome. Bathrooms could have used more towels. We loved the location and the owners were very easy to reach and super helpful with lots of restaurant recommendations. Teenagers loved the basketball goal! We’d definitely return!
