This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself. Pack N Play and strollers available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival. Anything other than a regular vehicle may be prohibited or may not fit on the property. If you plan to bring a trailer, motorcycle, boat or any other commercial or recreational vehicle, please inquire with the host about whether this is allowed. Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need! House Rules: Smoking is not allowed. $2,000 minimum fee for smoking inside the house. Quiet hours per the county are 9pm to 8am. Violation of ordinance will result in immediate eviction without refund. No loud music. No parties. No parking on the lawn. All pet droppings must be picked up or a $50 fee will be assessed. There will be a $75 minimum charge for any missing remotes, including ceiling fan, and TV remotes. They had everything you could possibly imagine such as beach towels, extra linens, board games, tvs if you had time to watch, gas grills, cookware, dishes, coffee maker kurig, 2 beach chairs, fire pit with wood,roomy garage, hair dryer, dish and laundry detergent, dryer sheets. Probably forgetting something but you get the picture. Quiet subdivision for quiet walks with our dog in the morning and evening a few minutes walk to the boat dock. Beautiful views at night. Short drive to Jekyll Island, about 15 minutes. It was decorated modern/ tasteful. The sectional couch was clean and extremely comfortable. The yard was maintained nicely and had a huge fenced back yard for my pup. Very nice back porch. Comfortable beds and pillows. Super clean. The host was always responsive and communicated promptly.
