Para praticar esportes(voo livre, caminhada, bike) ou se desligar desse mundo agitado! Segurança(rua de terra, sem saída entre 3 condomínios monitorados) e wi-fi. Não é permitido eventos e som alto. Pets são bem-vindos! Importante: sob-consulta  
Infraestrutura: bares/restaurantes(para diversos gostos e bolsos!), delivery, mercadinhos, farmácia, postos saúde e gasolina. Proprietário mora no local, auxiliando-os e sem tirar a privacidade!
