This was like a bed and breakfast kind of. The man that let us in was nice, not real talkative. The room was cute. Nice bed. Good bathroom. Right outside the room was a teapot, milk, coffee , tea and sugar which was nice, you can have breakfast there for an extra fee of 14 euro.
I would recommend. There is a free parking a short walk from place but hard to find.
Very small room, but very neat. Ideal for single or couples with very less baggage.Good customer service and engagement.Value for money. 15 mints from markt.

It was prety close to the center of the city. The price was high for the conditions but Bruges is an expensive city.
Great little guesthouse house within walking distance of Bruges. The owner (Ambrose) was knowledgeable about the local area and friendly. Definitely recommend.
This picture of the hotel doesn't show it at it's best. We had a really lovely room and enjoyed our breakfasts along with the chats with Ambrose the proprietor. A little way out of the city centre but easy to reach either walking or bus.

Close to Bruges Centre
Need to have a working mobile phone to get in as the owner was not present. Inside door handle broken off but could be attached to door to let yourself out when found. Otherwise it was comfortable. There is a 2% credit card surcharge.
We enjoyed our stay at Guesthouse Pickery. It's only a 20 minute walk from the centre and our room was large, clean and comfortable. Very good value for money!
They also have a very friendly cat called Nero who immediately made friends with us!

Lovely place to stay
I was quite happy with the hotel, owner was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and cosy, we had a kettle, coffee and tea in our room. Wi-fi connection was perfect. And the hotel is a walking distance from a historic centre. The only problem was the parking place. Because you have to leave your car at the 5-7 mins walking distance, very dark parking place. And the other negative thing was the bathroom door which was a slide door and wasn't closing very well. I didnt feel comfortable when I was using it. But if I ever go to Bruges again I would definitely stay there. You cant expect a 5 star comfort for that price.
We really liked our stay at Guesthouse Pickery. The room was perfect and Anders was very helpful. We walked to the Centre every day without issues. It's not super close but very doable. Great bang for your buck!
Nice, friendly couple of hosts. The room was quiet and spacious enough, free access to water boiler and tea at all times, free coffee in the morning. About 25 minutes walk to the historical center, which you can choose to do either through the charming little streets or through the park by the geese/duck filled stream.
Lovely stay in authentic Belgian guest house. Owners were very friendly and helpful. Room was light and inviting. Ample breakfast provided outside room every morning. 15/20 min pleasant walk into town centre but also close to bus stops.
A lovely stay in the quiet outskirts of the markt area. Comfy room that had all we needed for our short stay. Hosts are so nice and always ready to help. Breakfast smelled yummy, made me hungry! Only 20 minute walk to centre. Buses very efficient to reach the centre and also to the station.
Stayed three nights at the Pickery B&B myself and my wife both really enjoyed our stay . The owner was really friendly and helpful .The Room was very comfortable and warm .Location to the city was about 25 minutes walk away .
Stay at B & B Pickery was overall excellent with extremely warm, helpful and friendly hosts. The room is big enough with all essentials provided and a small pantry with microwave, tea bags etc in the common area for easy access. Its located close to public transport service for access to the city centre and Brugge station.
Our only disappointment was the breakfast. Though they went out of their way and offered us eggs which we appreciate, there was just 1 omlette between the 2 of us! And that too cold. Having travelled to quite a few places across UK and Europe, we are used to eggs made to order or atleast warm breakfast even at a budget hotel. Muesli and yogurt was missing too.
However, overall the stay was excellent and the hosts were available whenever we needed.
This guesthouse was a perfect base for staying in Bruges. 10/15 minutes walk from the centre. Ambroos and staff were so friendly, welcoming and helpful.Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was continental but he was very accommodating and would have adapted this to your requirements if necessary.Free parking outside. Rooms absolutely spotless. Comfy bed. Shutters that cut out the light so no early waking at dawn! An excellent pub/restaurant with lovely staff serving excellent though limited menu at top of street . No need to go into Bruges at night! What could be better. Lovely experience. Thank you.
Was a very pleasant stay and staff were very accomodating. Room was very good especially the bathroom. Definitely worthy of a good review. Everything was top especially for the price
We arrived by motorbike and were warmly greeted by Elsa and showed to our room. Elsa suggested that we could park the motorbike in the back garden, though there seemed to be plenty of space outside.
The room was spotlessly clean and the towels changed daily.
Ambrose, the other half of the owner-team, was very helpful in guiding us for places to see and how to get about on the buses and trains.
The one gripe that we did have was the flies and mosquitoes in the room. We both got several bites and resorted to buying some fly spray from the nearby Carrefour.
Location-wise it is quiet being on the edge of town but it is a pleasant stroll into the city to restaurants etc.
Don't think about crossing the bridge to look for eateries... There's nothing there but an over-priced restaurant and a chip-shop. Head into town instead for a wide choice of styles and prices.
Brugges is a beautiful city and the Guesthouse Pickery is a good place to stay.
Not only was the room and facilities of a great standard. The location was great for walking in and very quiet.
The staff were really friendly without being imposing and sensitive to the needs of the guests. It was a real pleasure staying here. If we were to come back to Brugge, this would be the first place to stay on the list.
The host was absolutely the best from the moment we walked through the door. Very talkative, friendly and made everything very easy. The room was great and relatively large by European standards. The windows had fantastic blinds that blocked out as much or as little light as you prefer which was great for us given that we really like to sleep in darkness. Nice continental breakfast served for 8€ was certainly worthwhile. Work is being done to add a nice, new breakfast room on the ground floor and should be completed any day now. Walking into the heart of Bruges takes about 10 minutes to reach the edge and about 25 minutes to get right into the Market Square. I was told there are also convenient bus lines nearby but we didn't mind the walk at all.
Everything about this place is perfect! You cannot go wrong and we would go back in a heartbeat.
The B&B was situated in a lovely residential area, which was within walking distance to the centre of Brugges. There was a bus stop just around the corner as well. The lady who checked us in was very welcoming and the room was clean. I would definitely stay here again
A lovely room with everything we needed. Very close to the Centre and there is bike hire available too. A lovely host who gave us plenty of suggestions of what to do/see.

Comfortable hotel not too far from the attractions
Room was very clean and comfortable. Tiny bathroom and pump loo not ideal but at the price can't complain.
We've stayed in the Guesthouse Pickery for a weekend. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious, equiped with everything that we needed. There is a coffe machine and electric kettle on the corridor in front of the room. The place itself isn't very close from the center, but there is a bus stop just around the corner.
Short walk from centre with plenty of free parking nearby. We stayed in the Superior Room with a king-sized bed; it was spacious and was well-lit. Our private bathroom was modern & clean.

Godt sted at overnatte - Med forbehold
