Lynne is an exceptional host that thinks of every detail and is so kind. The breakfast that was included was so fresh and of great quality with fresh fruits, eggs, cheeses, breads, juice, and jam. Our room was very comfortable with a beautiful bathroom and the rooftop and lounge were very nice intimate spaces to relax. The location is very convenient, yet tucked away and still quiet. E' stata un'esperienza favolosa! Un luogo magico in un paesino da favola! Romantica suite con mini-bar a disposizione, bagno con vasca idromassaggio Jacuzzi e doccia in locale a parte, prodotti di altissima qualità. Un'accoglienza e un'attenzione da parte della proprietaria mai ricevuta prima; molto gentile, disponibile e attenta ad ogni minimo particolare. Colazione eccellente a cominciare dal flute di champagne e dal piattino di frutta fresca in cui non mancava nulla, per poi passare ad una selezione accurata di prodotti dolci e salati per accontentare ogni palato. La sala delle colazioni è stupenda e si affaccia sul canale dove passano le barche con i turisti che fotografano in continuazione la dimora in quanto è una delle più caratteristiche di Brugge. Nella sala colazioni caffè, thè, cappuccino e latte macchiato sono sempre a disposizione e il caminetto acceso e la musica di sottofondo completano l'atmosfera assolutamente magica! The hospitality was amazing, and the accommodations were absolutely beautiful. We stayed in one of the suites and it had a jacuzzi, which was so relaxing. It is super central and the views are fantastic, not to mention the delicious breakfast prepared by the hosts of fresh fruit and eggs each morning. Better than our 5-star hotel! We thought this would be our only trip to Brugge, but this B&B was so great we want to make a special trip any time we are in Europe! We had stayed in a 5-star hotel the night before, and prepared ourselves that this wouldn't be as good -- we were so wrong, this was way better! Great blend of modern conveniences (like motion-sensing lighting) in a historic setting, beautiful rooms and every convenience you would want - so don't worry that it will be less comfortable than a more modern place, and the owner is so sweet and attentive if there is anything at all that you need. I had completely missed when I booked that instead of the usual fruit and bread assortment elsewhere, the owner does a multi-course champagne breakfast complete with made to order omelettes! The location is amazing - right in the heart of everything (you can watch tourists going by and photographing the building), two minutes walk to myriad great restaurants, but the B&B itself is quiet and designed to be a respite from all the busy hustle bustle of Brugge. We only wished we had more time to spend on the roof deck garden -- we will just have to make the sacrifice to go back again!
