The kitchen/living room is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, a double sofabed (140 cm, length 200 cm), a dining table, cable TV, and a flat screen.

The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating, natural stone floors, a balcony measuring 4 square meters, and balcony furniture. It is a non-smoking house, and one pet or dog is allowed. The property is suitable for allergy sufferers and features a smoke alarm and a fire extinguisher.
