Service was excellent. All of the employees that we encountered were very helpful and attentive. However, I wasn’t impressed with the location, the whole system for valet parking was really odd where you had to wait in the restaurant to get the car. I understand Toronto is a big city with traffic issues but we have never stayed at another Toronto hotel like that. The room was small and the hotel overall just looked like a remodeled holiday inn. Nothing luxurious or special like the ritz or Shangri la although it was just as expensive. I really had higher hopes for this place.

Sep. 28, 2018Get there early, parking tends to fill up quick. If you hike out to the grotto the trail gets a little hard to follow along the rocks past the grotto, not well marked.
